To resolve or alleviate the contradictions and conflicts must be internally and externally, given the strong support of teachers from the outside, the increase in moral education course in teachers’ professional with the ability to play a role; internal teachers to improve their own quality, and actively respond to the teacher role conflict, improve the level of its own values and strengthen their own professional development, the status of teachers of ideological and moral lesson worthy of the name "importance".The core purpose of this study is that the conflict through the role of ideological and moral lessons in secondary schools teachers to achieve the ideological and moral education to maximize the effect of Classroom Teaching.
