Coupling Analysis Of Population Structure And Regional Economic Development In Jilin Province

With the vigorous development of the market economy,the socialist market economy system in China tends to improve since economic reform and opening up for 40 years.Market rules have gradually played a decisive role in the allocation of factor resources in our country.As the area with relatively backward economy,the whole Jilin Province is urgent need to solve problems such as the backward local economy situation,the talent resignation,the lag of social development,etc.It is also urgent to assess the current situation objectively,find out problems and shortcomings conscientiously,formulate public policies and reform measures scientifically and systematically,and implement the central government's strategic plans for deepening reform unswervingly in an all-round way.Moreover,we must fundamentally improve the management level and operational efficiency of local governments.Based on the situation of Jilin Province,I compared the experience of domestic and foreign countries,interpreted the natural conditions of the population structure and social and economic development of Jilin Province based on data,and found out the problems and deficiencies.Then I selected the index,established the index system,used the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight,the gray correlation analysis,the correlation degree,and the coupling degree clustering analysis method,and tried to show the coupling relationship of each index.Finally,according to the results of data analysis,I would provide suggestions for the rationalization of population structure and sustainable economic and social development in Jilin Province.I suggest that Jilin Province could take the opportunity of comprehensive deepening reforms,actively integrate into the market economy,achieve capacity optimization and industrial upgrading,strengthen environmental protection and ecological restoration,further promote urbanization and enhance the attractiveness of population,talents and capital.At the same time,we should improve the operational efficiency and financial efficiency of the government,provide political,human,and financial support for various reforms,increase investment in public services such as education and health,encourage and guarantee fertility,reduce people's fertility and support pressure,and prevent a hard landing of population aging,opening up household registration and land barriers to make the population and land really flow,and let the market regularly complete the optimalallocation of resources.Jilin Province will become a modern province ultimately with a smooth and efficient administrative management,a dominant industry that is not afraid of competition,a livable environment,and a moderately distributed population.
