Research On The Coordinated Development Of Population-Land-Economy Urbanization System In Jilin Province

The development of urbanization brings more convenience and opportunities to the "three rural areas".With the progress of the times and the development of society,the urbanization process of China has been steadily advancing and the speed is accelerating year by year.However,for the northeast area with the more developed primary industry,the urbanization process is relatively slow.The key to promote the urbanization of Jilin Province is to coordinate the development relationship among population urbanization,land urbanization and economic urbanization.In recent years,the urbanization development of Jilin Province has made phased progress.The number of rural population transferred to cities and towns has been increasing,the land for urban construction has gradually expanded to the rural areas,infrastructure construction has been improved gradually,and the radiation effect of urban economy has been enhanced year by year.The development of urbanization brings more convenience and opportunities to the "three rural areas".But in the rapid development of urbanization in Jilin Province,the negative effect also comes along.The non synchronous development of population,land and economic urbanization brings great challenges to the healthy development and sustainable development of Jilin Province social economy.Based on this research background,the paper analyzes the population land of Jilin Province-According to the actual problems,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to realize the coordinated development of population Land Economic Urbanization and the sustainable development of social economy in Jilin Province.This paper focuses on the coordinated development of population land economic urbanization system in Jilin ProvinceThe first part mainly expounds the development status of population,land and Economic Urbanization in Jilin Province.Based on the data of Jilin Province Statistical Yearbook,Taking Jilin Province as the research object,according to the specific problems existing in the process of urbanization in Jilin Province,this paper selects the basic values of urbanization development from 2010 to 2019,and specifically analyzes the development of population,land and economic urbanization coordination status;In the second part,on the basis of the current situation of urbanization development in Jilin Province,the proportion of non-agricultural population and the proportion of secondary and tertiary industry output value is selected for population urbanization;the total amount of fixed assets investment and urban built-up area are selected for land urbanization;the per capita disposable income of urban residents and the total retail sales of social consumer goods are selected for Economic Urbanization to construct the evaluation system;In the third part,through the entropy method,Arc GIS spatial analysis method and other specific methods,we measure the coordinated development degree of population,land and Economic Urbanization in each stage of Jilin Province,and then judge its specific development type.The research shows that: in 2010,the urbanization level of Jilin Province is very low,and the population land economic urbanization is seriously unbalanced,which slightly improved in 2016,from the middle The trend is from lower to upper.By 2019,the coordinated development type of population Land Economic Urbanization in Jilin Province has gradually transited from the initial serious imbalance recession type to the barely coordinated development type,and the coupling development type has also developed from the low-level running in stage in 2010 to the running in stage in 2019;The fourth part,aiming at the problems found in the previous study,and according to the specific development of Jilin Province,puts forward suggestions for promoting the coordinated development of urbanization in Jilin from the following aspects: promoting the integration of urban and rural areas,balancing urban and rural construction,rationally reforming the registered residence system,promoting the development of population urbanization,optimizing the industrial structure,promoting the development of economic urbanization,and rationally carrying out land benefits.With planning,promote the development of land urbanization,optimize the quality of urban development,improve the comprehensive carrying capacity of cities and towns.
