Coupling Research On Population Structure And Economic Development In Jilin Province

Population problem is an important factor affecting the rapid development of economy and society.Over the years,the effect of family planning policy in China has been remarkable,which has made the main contradiction of population development begin to change from population size to population structure.Severe problems such as the serious shortage of children,the lack of labor force,the imbalance of sex ratio and the aggravation of aging have restricted the economic development of our country.Distorted population structure will not be conducive to the rational distribution of social and economic structure,but also reduce the driving force of economic development.On the contrary,a balanced population structure will help promote social harmony,stability and rapid economic development.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply analyze the internal relationship between population structure and economic development,so as to provide a scientific theoretical basis for the coordinated development of the two.Through the analysis of the total population,sex structure,age structure,urban and rural structure,industrial structure and cultural structure of population in Jilin Province,this paper probes into the characteristics of population structure change in Jilin Province.At the same time,using the economic index of per capita GDP of counties and the spatial statistical analysis method,it explores the province.The spatial difference of regional economic development.According to the unique geographical position and economic development situation of Jilin Province,on this basis,the population structure system and the regional economic system are constructed,and the coupling coordination model is established.The quantitative analysis of the relationship between the population structure and the regional economic of Jilin Province is carried out.The results show that the population structure and the economic development of Jilin Province are relatively high.However,due to the irrationality of its internal structure,the degree of coupling and coordination is relatively low.With the attention and input of the national and local governments to the development of Jilin Province,the coupling and coordination degree begins to change from the past maladjusted recession to the stage of reluctant coupling and coordination.In addition,in recent years,the population structure development index has been lower than the economic development index,which is not conducive to economic development,so that the level of comprehensive development is low.In view of this,in order to realize the coordinated development of population and economy under the revitalization of the new northeast of Jilin Province,we should speed up the construction of basic medical system,improve the fertility willingness of residents;establish a reasonable elderly population security system;increase investment,improve the population and cultural structure;adjust the industrial layout,change the growth momentum;adapt to local conditions,promote Balanced economic development.
