The Impact Study Of Population Structure Change On Regional Economic Development In Xinjiang

With the continuous development and progress of social economy, a series of problems is more and more cause the extensive concern of the world, such as population increase cultural education difference、population increase sharply、population sex ratio imbalance、aging population、population distribution between urban and rural irreasonable and so on. Our country also faces these problem, and Xinjiang.Xinjiang which is located in the northwest of our country and located in Eurasia hinterland belongs to the central Asia region.The region has been worldwide、regional power control and the control of core region.Entering the 21 st century, with China’s continuous increase of economic strength and international influence, the "three forces" at home and abroad and in China’s Xinjiang special geographical environment,have made the number of critical events. High incidence of frequent occurrence of sudden fear event situation has become directly affecting the safety of Xinjiang and even national stability. Grand situation of the stability and development in Xinjiang, the population factor is a very important variable. To achieve the purpose of maintaining social stability and economic development in Xinjiang, Xinjiang needs to be based on the uniqueness of Xinjiang region population structure with fundamentally solving the problem of the population structure. In this way, it can henp optimize the population structure with needing to analysis the comprehensive level of population structure, and to re-examine the population development of regional economic development in Xinjiang and the influence of great significance.Research of this paper, in accordance with the present situation and the historical data analysis 、equilibrium degree of population structure analysis、correlation and coupling analysis、the order of the factors affecting the analysis of the influence of between population structure and regional economic development in Xinjiang is analyzed, and then using the index system of building、the structure of the population equilibrium degree structure、correlation and coupling structure、spatial geographic information visualization and a series of analysis and multiple linear regression analysis method.Through the analysis and research, the results showed that the population structure of Xinjiang ethnic structure、sex structure、age structure and quality structure、urban and rural structure and employment structure change; From 2000 to 2013, the development level of Xinjiang overall population structure in the process is rising; 2000~2009, the population structure balanced development is slow in Xinjiang,since 2010 Xinjiang have changed largely in population structure, then again enter into the state of slow development;From 2000 to 2013, Xinjiang population structure balanced sustainable development degrees below the national average, but are in the rising trend. Between population structure and regional economic development in Xinjiang, is close to the industrial structure and quality structure and urban and rural population structure and regional economy, and high correlation between national structure and age structure and regional economy, and high correlation between gender exist only low correlation between structure and regional economy; Throughout Xinjiang city population structure and coupling in the process of coordinating regional economy, population structure and regional economy are constantly adapt to the process, the economic development of a region not only pay attention to the number of labor force, but also pay attention to the optimization of population structure, meanwhile population structure optimization on the development of regional economy. In influencing factor analysis of the five factors influencing the national ratio and total dependency ratio and there is significant negative correlation between per capita GDP, and the proportion of urban population, the tertiary industry employment population proportion and college population and per capita gross domestic product(GDP) there is significant positive correlation between.According to the analysis of the above, this research combining the reality of Xinjiang region put forward a series of policy Suggestions as reference, in order to realize the Xinjiang region population structure optimization and coordinated development of regional economy, safeguard social stability andeconomic development in Xinjiang. In summary there are the following five aspects:reasonable innovation of family planning policy, control population growth, strengthen education and training, to improve the quality of the population, adjust industry, optimize the structure of population employment, accelerate the process of urbanization, the optimization of the urban and rural structure, reasonable distribution of population, optimizing the structure of ethnic groups.
