| Tennis course is one of the most popular courses in universities.However,most students have high enthusiasm and high expectations for learning at the beginning of the course,but the results are often disappointing.Tennis has the characteristics of difficulty in playing,which requires a long time and energy to practice and form the basis of sports and establish sports confidence.In addition,there are also objective problems in the teaching process of tennis:lack of venues,courses,teachers and a good atmosphere for tennis,so that tennis teaching in schools is not very good.As one of the more important education modes,the teaching mode of small group is also gradually promoted in the teaching activities of primary and secondary schools and colleges.This study aims to study the deficiency of supplementary teaching process,enrich tennis teaching methods and promote the development of tennis teaching through the comparison between small group teaching mode and traditional teaching mode.Through the method of literature,this study analyzes the development status of tennis teaching and the application of small group teaching model in physical education,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for this study.A total of 128 male and female students in 2017 majoring in non-physical education without tennis foundation in yangzhou vocational university were used as experiments.The subjects were divided into two classes,experimental class and control class.38 students in experimental class and control class,including 30 male students and 8 female students,were selected for teaching experiment data analysis and research.The comprehensive ability of 76 students in tennis learning and the evaluation of small group teaching mode after the experiment were investigated by questionnaire.Using the method of expert interview,10 tennis and teaching experts were consulted about the topic selection,experimental design,data processing and analysis,questionnaire design,etc.Statistical method and logical analysis method were used to analyze the experimental data.In the experiment,the experimental class adopts the small group teaching mode,while the control class adopts the traditional teaching mode.Before and after the experiment,some physical fitness indexes and basic tennis skills of the subjects were tested.Through analysis,research and summary,as well as comparative analysis of experimental data.The following conclusions are drawn:1.Compared with the traditional teaching mode,the small-group teaching mode has a significant difference in physical quality,especially in sensitivity and muscle resistance.Therefore,compared with the traditional teaching method,the small-group teaching mode in limited course time has a significant effect on the improvement of physical fitness.2.Students help each other and compete with each other in the learning of small group teaching mode,which improves students’ learning enthusiasm and is of great help to improve students’ tennis performance and course performance3.Group members have a common learning goal,and they often communicate,compete and interact with each other to promote group members to study together and make progress together,which is easy to enhance students’ ability of group cooperation4.Play different roles in the teaching process,give play to their own strengths,and experience the sense of achievement in the process of learning.Consolidate and improve their skills and knowledge,experience the satisfaction of success to form a virtuous circle.It also enables students to form a good habit of learning and sports,and has a positive impact on the formation of lifelong sports awareness.5.Compared with the traditional physical education teaching mode,studennts have a higher degree of agreement with the effect of small-group teaching mode. |
