Teaching mode is a bridge between teaching theory and teaching practice,and an important part of teaching activities.Small group teaching mode is also known as"small group teaching mode".Small group teaching mode refers to organizing a series of group activities in teaching,taking group as the learning form,through the social needs of students,students are encouraged to cooperate within group according to the learning content,and the learning atmosphere of group competition,so as to improve students’ learning initiative,cultivate students’ learning interest and enhance students’physical education The purpose of experience in class learning.In the teaching of martial arts in Colleges and universities,most teachers adopt the traditional teaching mode,which can help teachers to complete the teaching tasks and strengthen the training of students’ skills,which is also the reason why the traditional teaching mode is enduring.The advantages of the traditional teaching mode are obvious,but in terms of the current situation of Wushu Teaching in Colleges and universities,the single traditional teaching mode and the lack of interest are the important reasons for students to lose their interest in learning.This paper attempts to apply the small group teaching mode to College Wushu elective courses,and to provide a new idea for the teaching reform of College Wushu courses.In this paper,the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,experiment and data statistics are used to study the small group teaching mode;the 2018 economics martial arts elective class is used as the experimental object,and the experimental object is divided into the experimental class and the control class in the form of random grouping.The experimental class and the control class adopt the small group teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode respectively Learning mode:taking physical quality,24 style Simplified Taijiquan sports skills,sports learning interest,mood state,etc.as test indexes,on the basis of previous research on small group teaching mode,combined with the characteristics of martial arts,this experiment is designed.At the same time,in the teaching process,we constantly explore,find out the existing problems and try to find solutions,and put forward effective suggestions Small group teaching mode tends to be improved.Through the data comparison between the experimental class and the control class,the following conclusions are drawn:The following conclusions are drawn:1.Small-group teaching model has certain advantages in improving students’ physical quality;2.The small-group teaching model has a significant role in promoting students’ social adaptability;3.The small-group teaching mode can enhance students’ sense of learning experience and enhance their interest in learning;4.The small-group teaching mode can refine students’ motor skills and improve their learning effect;5.The small-group teaching mode helpful for the students to learn the theoretical knowledge.Combined with teaching practice,the following Suggestions are put forward:1.It is suggested that teachers improve their comprehensive quality;2.Suggest teachers to allocate teaching time reasonably;3.It is suggested to pay attention to the combination of "taking in and taking out" in teaching.
