The Research And Realization Of The Public Service Platform Of Prefecture-level Educational Resources

In recent years,Yantai city launches educational priority development strategy earnest and enlarges educational equipment inputting constantly which accomplished "Campus Access to ICTs"?"Class Access to ICTs" engineering construction first in the nationwide.It established high-level educational MAN,then the city,country and school reached high speed connectivity,hundreds megabyte network has covered every classroom.Whiteboard,touch-control all-in-one machine has become indispensable teaching method in the class teaching process.As the numbered several "Five Four system" teaching test site,and because of the huge differences of teaching system,textbook,chapter and knowledge point all have bigger difference to "Six and three system" which caused failure to directly purchase off-the-shelf teaching materials service platform and failure to purchase systematic teaching materials and caused there are no mating resources of teachers' preparing and giving lessons,self-learning and improving of students.Insufficient resource and shortage of platform have impeded the process of the applying of educational informationization to educational arid teaching in Yantai city.Thus,it is imperative to establish educational resources public service platform which accord with Yantai.This paper discusses research background and significance of prefecture-level educational resource public service platform and cover a lot of ground to discuss the constructing mode and application mode of most existing educational resource service platform.Then,it analyzes referred key technologies deeply in the development process of this task,including SSH frame,MVC design philosophy,Java language,JSON data exchange format,CAS order agreement,LVS trunking system,FMS media streaming service and so on.In the basics of technological means,it conducted comprehensive demand analysis for prefecture-level educational resource public service platform and accomplished the design of global design of system architecture and each function module respectively,which reached connectivity of each platform,unified management of essential data,single sign on and function deploying of modularization.After accomplished system design,it testified the realize of this system platform and its operational feasibility,In the end,it summarized mainly work of this task and expected the key working of the task in the future.
