Informatization is the main trend of today's social development. It emphasizes the use of information technology,whose Core Technology is multimedia technology and network technology ,to Expand the creative ability of humanbeings.The use of information technology in The field of education made grate changes in educational thought, educational content, educational tool, education model and even education system.And it also have a profound impact on people's traditional learning style.besides,it inject fresh vigor on traditional edccation model and lay the foundation for the propose of educational informationization. Educational informationization means that roundly applying information technology to instructional activity in the educational process,to promote the comprehensive reform of education,and made it compliant to the new request of information-based society.It's appearance and development has era mark ,and has tight relation with the development of modern science and technology.Nowadays,it becomes a important standard of a country's comprehensive national power.Currently,there are many experts and scholars doing research in educational informationization,and the theses about educational informationization are too numerous to mention one by one.The writer widely read a lot of literatures about educational informationization, deeply comprehend the current situation of domestic and overseas'educational informationization,grasp the development trendency of educational informationization, integrate many of Evaluation Index System about educational informationization,and then,work out a evaluation criterion on educational informationization.After that,the writer choosing Weifang's junior high school as the study object,Adopting various scientific research methods like questionnaire method and interview method,finally,do a survey about the current construction and application situation of Weifang's educational informationization.The study established in Weifang's current education situation,discovered many factors that hinder the development of Weifang's educational informationization,by the survey on Weifang's current construction and application situation in educational informationization.These negative factors are varied as the huge different between city and town on base installation and Campus Network,the hysteresis of instructional resources construction,the slow development of resource sharing,the weak information consciousness and low information skill of school teachers,the unsuitable way of information technology training,the lack of fund on school's informatization construction,the low level of information technology management,the lack of development planning on educational informationization,the wrong cognition about integrating information technology into curriculum,the closing minded on teaching model reformation,and so on. Based on this kind of condition ,the writer propose seven pieces of orientiert and achievable strategy. First,increasing the fund on informatization Construction and consolidating the development of informatization; Second,accelerating the update of base installation and improving the use ratio of equipment; Third, exploiting more instructional resources and developing more instructional resources sharing;Fourth,reinforcing teacher training on Information Technology and expanding the proportion of professional teachers;Fifth, strengthening the management of educational informationization in school and planning educational informationization detailedly; Sixth, transforming the way of teaching and learning and blazing a way in new education mode;seventh,balancing the differences on educational informationization to promote the development of educational informationization.The innovation of this reasearch is that, reforming the current evaluation model on educational informationization,and then,leading the way of teaching and learning into the new assessing system.It emphasizes the way of teaching and learning is a key factor to educational informationization. In addition,the writer transfer the key point on educational informationization assess from things ,as base installations, resources and management,to man,as teacher's information literacy and the way of teaching and learning.Besides,the writer select the junior high schools of Weifang as research objects.So,this research would be more purposive, orientiert, operable,and have high reliability and validity.
