Research On The Management Cost Control Of The Newly Built Multi-campus Universities In Shanghai

With the expansion of the university scale,the number of students has increased,and new requirements have been put forward for the management of education in the multi-campus of newly-built local universities.In the new era,based on the present situation of the multi-campus student education management,from strengthening the management of the multi-campus students education conception,system,ways and resources,this paper explore the multi-campus newly-built local undergraduate colleges students education management mode,is put forward by the reform and development of institutions of higher learning education to the student management internal requirement.Based on the cost of multi-campus universities as the research object,through the literature material method,data analysis,case study method and other methods of investigation and study,the analysis of the multi-campus university education cost,on the basis of the research background,expounds the major concepts involved in the process of university education,and a summary of the research achievements of previous scholars,analyses the influence of the cost of colleges and universities external and internal factors,in a multi-campus university as an example,through to the before and after the multi-campus running state such as cost proportion and cost efficiency analysis,summarized the university campuses in cost problems existing in the use process,from cost accounting,control and share the view of colleges and universities of the faces in the process of cost management problems and school and raises some feasible countermeasures of financial stress,etc.This paper analyzes the current situation of multi-campus management in the new universities in this city,analyzes the common difficulties,and tries to put forward a targeted solution based on the basic standpoint of running the school cost's university as the typical case study,the multi-campus management system,specific measures and implementation effect,school running cost,and combing with the analysis of existing problems,trying to build a reasonable,scientific and efficient of multi-campus management mode.
