At present,the contradiction between supply side and demand side of talent cultivation is prominent,Opinions on deepening the integration of industry and education issued by the General Office of the State Council pointed out that deepening the integration of industry and education is of great significance to comprehensively improve the quality of education,expand employment and entrepreneurship,promote economic transformation and upgrading,and cultivate new drivers of economic development in the newcircumstances.However,the cultivation mode of tourist talents in secondary vocational colleges in China is still in view of the traditional education model,which results in the disconnection between theory teaching and practice.The contradiction between the demand of high-quality tourism vocational education and the low quality of tourism vocational education is increasingly prominent.The talent cultivation is mainly carried out through professional teaching,and students are the main body of teaching.Therefore,the study on the teaching quality satisfaction of students majoring in tourism management in secondary vocational colleges is an effective means to evaluate the quality of tourism vocational education.In this,based on the satisfaction theory and related research results,this paper constructs the structural equation model of the teaching quality satisfaction of students majoring in tourism management in secondary vocational colleges,which is composed of four variables: teaching expectation,quality awareness,fairness perception,overall satisfaction.The evaluation index system and the evaluation scale are put forward too.A total of 348 valid questionnaires were obtained through field pre-survey and online questionnaire survey.Using SPSS22.0 and Amos22.0 for empirical analysis and inspection,the results shows that the fit of the model test shows that the model fitting is good,can be used for teaching evaluation on tourism management major.The validation studies assume that found quality awareness and fairness perceptions have significant positive influence on overall satisfaction,and the education expectation on overall satisfaction is no obvious positive influence,but passed on quality perception and fairness perception teaching expected impact on overall satisfaction.Among them,quality perception has the greatest influence on overall satisfaction.Then the teaching quality satisfaction score of secondary vocational tourism management major is calculated to be 67.10,which is basically satisfactory.The score of fairness perception is the lowest,which is 64.30,indicating that there are still many ways to ensure the fairness of vocational education.According to the results of the importance matrix analysis all the indicators are divided into 4 parts: urgentimprovementarea,second improvement area,the icing on the cake area and competitive strengths areas.It is found that the current level and quality of teachers and is high,but there are still deficiencies in many aspects,such as enterprise internship,curriculum setting,class arrangement,training facilities,etc.,which need to be improved immediately to improve students' satisfaction with the teaching quality of tourism management major.Finally,based on the above research conclusions,some suggestions are put forward to improve the teaching quality of tourism management major in secondary vocational schools.
