| At the end of 2013,”The central committee of the communist party of China on some issues comprehensively depen reform decision”the word first fused made in the form of policy text is put forward and on comprehensively deepening reform in2019,the central committee of the ninth meeting of the passed the national fusion education construcion pilot scheme—— and selected a number of cities,industries and enterprises to carry out the pilot construction,which marked the transformation of the integration of industry and education from the theoretical form to the practical level,and the integration of industry and education in vocational colleges will also undergo leapfrog development.The integration of industry and education conforms to the requirements of national system optimization,is the only way to realize the coordinated and sustainable development of multiple subjects,and is also the requirement of regional industrial transformation for talent transformation.Teachers and students in vocational colleges are the most easily neglected basic individuals and the specific operating subjects of the implementation of the integration of industry and education,and their behavior results directly affect the final effect of the implementation of the integration of industry and education.By investigating the satisfaction of teachers and students in vocational schools,the main audience can be evaluated,and the benefits brought by the integration of industry and education can be measured from the perspective of the audience.In view of this,on the basis of summarizing the existing research status of industrial and educational integration at home and abroad,the theoretical model of teacher production and teaching integration satisfaction in vocational colleges is constructed.Based on the theoretical model,the present situation of teacher production and teaching integration satisfaction in Yunnan vocational colleges is analyzed.Firstly,the core concepts of integration of industry and education,vocational colleges,satisfaction and satisfaction evaluation are defined to clarify the research logic,and then ecological economics theory,stakeholder theory and customer satisfaction index theory are used to put forward the dynamic elements of integration of industry and education in vocational colleges and Yunnan Province.To this end,the "vocational school teachers and students integration satisfaction model " : dynamic factors,various policies are the premise of the investigation,expected quality,perceived quality,fair perception determines the overall satisfaction of the integration of industry and education,so we choose positive or negative evaluation.Secondly,on the basis of this model,through the form of text analysis,teacher-student interview and teacher-student questionnaire survey,the satisfaction evaluation of teachers and students in Yunnan vocational school in the top level design of integration of industry and education,talent training,teacher team building,school-enterprise cooperation is carried out.It is found that there are the following problems in the integration of industry and education in vocational schools :(1)the satisfaction degree of teachers’ production and teaching is decreasing step by step,and the overall satisfaction is on the low side;(2)the top-level design is unreasonable and the phenomenon of "building a car behind closed doors" is obvious;(3)the talent training is structurally out of balance and lacks the orientation of "whole person education ";(4)the teacher gap is large and the system is not set up;(5)The form of cooperation between schools and enterprises is single and the incentives are inadequate.Based on the existing problems,this paper analyzes the reasons that affect the satisfaction of teachers’ production and teaching integration in vocational colleges :(1)the return of educational Noumenon value: the demand for sustainable development of vocational education system;(2)the awakening of subject consciousness: the pursuit of fair development by teachers and students;(3)the deviation of the policy of integration of industry and education: the conflict of beliefs of different responsible subjects.Finally,according to the problems and reasons combined with the relevant theories from the top-level design,talent training and the construction of teachers and students from various angles to improve the satisfaction of vocational schools :(1)improve local policies,highlight the role of local government vane;(2)promote the sharing of production and education resources,truly achieve multiple education;(3)strengthen the construction of teachers,vocational education reform to provide an inexhaustible power. |
