Application-oriented universities bear the responsibility of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents for economic and social development,and choosing an ideal talent training method is the key to ensuring the quantity and quality of talent training.This study believes that the practice teaching of industry-education integration can give full play to the relative advantages of both schools and enterprises in talent training,and overcome the shortcomings of other talent training methods,such as insufficient training quantity,disconnection between theoretical knowledge and practical application,and talent supply lagging behind talent demand.In the talent training community jointly constructed by schools and enterprises,the theoretical knowledge and practical application of college students are unified,the phenomenon of " learning is not used " and " learning is not used " is basically eliminated,and the transformation of social role from students to enterprise employees is completed,and the transformation of technical skills from learning ability to application ability is completed.Therefore,the practical teaching of industry-education integration is an ideal way of talent training.The relationship between the integration of industry and education and practical teaching in application-oriented undergraduate colleges is constructed by external and internal factors such as the guidance and promotion of vocational education policies formulated and implemented by the government,the influence of economic structure transformation on the supply and demand of talents,and the need of " student development as the center " of vocational education.The practical teaching of industry-education integration is the activity and process of integrating education and industry as a whole,and cultivating students ’ learning and mastering technical skills through school-enterprise cooperation.The practice teaching of industry-education integration is not only the key link of talent training,but also the way of talent training.This study has always focused on the practical teaching of the integration of industry and education in applied undergraduate colleges,analyzed the constituent elements of the practical teaching of the integration of industry and education,as well as the problems and causes of the practical teaching of the integration of industry and education.On this basis,it proposes a solution to the existing problems or an update and optimization strategy.This study focuses on defining the concepts of applied undergraduate colleges,practical teaching of industry-education integration and high-quality technical and skilled talents.Based on the triple helix theory,human resources theory and Marxist practice view,this paper adopts the research methods of literature research,investigation research and case study,and takes Guangdong H College as an example to discuss the practical teaching of industry-education integration.Through the interrelated and progressive four parts to achieve the purpose of the study.The first part,the importance and necessity of the integration of production and education and practical teaching in applied undergraduate colleges;the second part is the investigation of the basic situation of the practical teaching of the integration of production and education in applied undergraduate colleges;the third part,the problems and causes of the practical teaching of the integration of production and education in applied undergraduate colleges;the fourth part is the update and optimization strategy of practical teaching of industry-education integration in applied undergraduate colleges. |
