With the rapid development of China's economy and society,science and technology are changing with each passing day.The constantly updated knowledge economy has put forward higher requirements for the selection standards of talents.The fierce competition of knowledge and talent has brought about a new revolution in the employment and labor market.The level of people's living is improved,and the education and investment awareness of parents is becoming more and more strong and the sense of crisis brought by the employment environment makes parents and students pursue high-quality education resources to become the norm.As an educational activity independent of formal education,shadow education provide students and parents for diversified,personalized teaching services,more and more parents and students favor.The phenomenon of seeking out-of-class tutoring and interest training has aroused the attention of all parties.The shadow education has certain research significance and value because it is popular with students and parents,and must have the rationality and positive influence of existence.In order to understand the sitution of urban primary school students participating in shadow education,the author investigated 264 students and 208 parents through questionnaire and interview method,taking four students and their parents in L District of Qingdao City as the subjects of the study,and made a survey of 264 students and 208 parents in L District of Qingdao City by means of questionnaire and interview.The data were analyzed by SPSS22.0,including descriptive statistics,chi-square test,difference analysis,correlation analysis,logistic analysis and so on.Through the understanding of the scale,intensity,reason,form and effect of primary school students' participation in shadow education,this paper probes into the influencing factors of choosing to participate in shadow education.Finally,it is concluded that it has become a common phenomenon for urban primary school students to participate in shadow education,and family factors have a significant impact on whether students participate in shadow education or not.In view of the current situation of primary school students in Qingdao L district to participate in shadow education,the development of shadow education is also accompanied by a series of problems.First of all,the purpose of primary school students to participate in shadow education is complex,blind participation in shadow education leads to increased learning tasks,excessive reliance on tutoring classes,aggravating the injustice of education;secondly,the blind participation in shadow education leads to the aggravation of learning tasks.It is the reason why the parents of the studentschoose shadow education is inappropriate and blindly following the trend,moreover,the excessive pursuit of economic benefits in the management process of shadow education institutions,neglecting the teaching effect,the lack of access to teachers and assessment system,and so on.Finally,the lack of guidance from government departments and the supervision of shadow education market have caused a series of problems.In view of the above problems,this paper tries to put forward some countermeasures: students should choose suitable shadow education institutions according to their own needs,parents should avoid blind obedience,change traditional educational concepts and ideas,and choose suitable shadow education for students.Shadow education institutions should strengthen teaching,pay attention to the cultivation of students' learning ability,and establish and improve the teacher selection and assessment system,establish brand awareness and improve the quality of service;Schools should implement the policy of quality education,give full play to the role of mainstream education in promoting and guiding,change the teaching mode,teach in pleasure,and improve students' interest in learning.The government needs to increase the financial revenue of education and strive to promote the public interest in education.Ping,formulate relevant encouragement policies,guide the healthy development of shadow education institutions,and supervise and manage the market.
