Shadow education,as the “shadow” of formal education,plays a complementary role in school education.However,as its development momentum has intensified,a series of educational problems,such as the impact of the development of mainstream school education and development of primary and secondary school students,have become increasingly prominent.While making up for the lack of school education,shadow education has greatly strengthened the shortcomings of exam-oriented education,focusing on the pursuit of examination results and ignoring the process of knowledge acquisition,which is not conducive to the development of students' innovative thinking and learning ability.The new round of basic education reform in the country advocates the concept of quality education and advocates the promotion of students' all-round development.At present,most shadow education is aimed at improving student scores with utilitarian educational purposes.Based on this,this study selected the primary and secondary school students of A and B schools in Tangshan City Hangu Management District to conduct surveys and interviews,and analyzed the scale,reasons,content and form,effectiveness and student attitude of primary school students participating in shadow education.In terms of the situation,find out the problems caused by the impact of shadow education on the physical and mental development of primary and secondary school students.According to the survey results,the main influencing problems including the students' overall development is uneven,the students' schoolwork burden is aggravated,hindering the students' physical and mental health development,and restricting the students' innovative ability.Then,the attribution analysis of the problems in which primary school students participate in shadow education is carried out.Finally,from the four aspects of education authorities,mainstream schools,shadow educational institutions,and parental concepts,we put forward targeted suggestions on the issues presented by shadow education: give play to the leading role of education authorities,strengthen the orientation of quality education policy,and standardize the shadow.Rational operation of education;speed up the reform of education system and evaluation system;establish management mechanism of shadow education institutions;improve mainstream school education system,improve the quality of education and teaching,promote the way of comprehensive quality evaluation;purify the internal environment of shadow education institutions,conform to the times And the direction of education reform and development,to resolve the negative impact on student development,improve the internal education management system;change the concept of parent education,establish a scientific education concept,learn to listen to the children's voice.It is hoped that shadow education can help the development of quality education and create a good ecological education environment for the comprehensive development of primary and middle school students.
