Shadow education refers to privately paid supplementary education outside school mainstream education.It is an academic course aimed at primary and middle school students who are receiving formal education.In late years,with the vigorous development of shadow education,it greatly increases the demand for teachers.Teaching staff not only guarantees the survival and development of shadow education institutions,but also has the profound impact to the student ' s development.However,studies have shown that with the expansion of the shadow education market,teachers problem has become increasingly badly.For junior high school mathematics,teachers ' teaching results not only directly affects students ' learning of high school mathematics,but also plays a fundamental role in students ' learning of other natural subjects.Therefore,this study takes "further standardize shadow education,improve the efficiency and effect of shadow education" as the starting point,investigates the present situation of shadow education mathematics teachers in junior middle school in Ji Ning,while enriching the research content of shadow education in China and making the public have a more comprehensive understanding of shadow education,it also provides reference for other cities with similar economic education level to Ji Ning area.The research questions are as follows :(1)What is the present situation of shadow education teachers in junior middle school mathematics in Ji Ning? What are the problems?(2)What are the causes of the teacher problem?(3)For the problem of teachers,how to combine the survey results and relevant government policies to set forth practical countermeasures for improvement?Firstly,the study uses the literature method to understand the development of shadow education and the status of teachers;then uses the questionnaire method and interview method to investigate the junior high school mathematics teachers and junior high school students of the selected shadow education institutions,in order to collects a large number of original data.In addition,uses on-the-spot investigation method to observe and record the situation of teachers in shadow education institutions.Through investigation and analysis of data,the following research conclusions can be drawn:(1)The present situation of shadow education teachers in junior middle school mathematics in Ji Ning is not optimistic,there are mainly the following problems: low professional level of teachers;high mobility of teachers;lack of complete training activities for teachers;the professional identity of teachers is low.(2)To solve the problems,this study analyzes the attribution from the government,shadow education institutions and junior middle school mathematics teachers themselves.The government has the problems of not strict examination and approval,insufficient supervision,imperfect teacher management system,and ignores the problem of cooperative governance between shadow education institutions and schools;Shadow education institutions have the problems of low requirements for recruitment of teachers,confused management of teachers and lack of care for teachers;Junior middle school mathematics teachers themselves have some problems,such as vague occupational cognition,poor self-cognition and reflective ability.Based on the research conclusions,the following suggestions are proposed for the improvement of shadow education teachers in junior middle school mathematics in Ji Ning:(1)The government should improves the setting standards of shadow education institutions and strictly approve the registration;strengthens supervision and regulate shadow education institutions;establishes a complete shadow education teacher management system;establishes the cooperation mechanism between shadow education institutions and schools;strengthens information publicity and calls on the public to participate in the governance of shadow education.(2)Shadow education institutions should standardize the recruitment process of teachers;strengthen the daily management of teachers and improve the training activities for teachers;attach importance to the humanistic care of teachers.(3)Junior middle school mathematics teachers should correct their own thoughts and improve their professional identity;establish the awareness of lifelong learning and strive to improve their professional level;learn to reflect,consciously improve their own shortcomings.
