The Social Work Intervention Of The Urban Integration Of Migrant Workers Separated By Space

Based on the spatial situation of migrant workers' urban integration,this paper explores the current situation of migrant workers' space integration from the perspective of spatial separation,presents the separation of migrant workers in the city's communication space and spiritual space,and assists foreigners through social work services.Workers are engaged in space integration to help them better integrate into the city and participate in social interaction in the city on an equal and continuous basis.It also summarizes the intervention of social work services and proposes a service model in which social work is involved in spatial separation.From the perspective of spatial separation,this paper conducts semi-structured interviews with migrant workers living in urban villages and factory dormitories according to the theory of grounded theory,understands the current situation of spatial separation,and summarizes migrant workers from the perspective of communication space and spiritual space.The type and characteristics of the personnel space segment.The study found that migrant workers face the dilemma of spatial separation,mainly due to insufficient public activity space,lack of community spiritual space and narrow social interaction space.Focusing on the spatial dilemma of migrant workers,the author uses social work services to help migrant workers integrate into the city.The first is to create a community public space,through the social workers to integrate the resources of the existing community space,provide migrant workers with community convenience services,and promote the expansion of public spaces within the community.The second is to enrich the spiritual space of the community and use the group work to assist migrant workers to increase their understanding of labor rights information and enrich their spiritual entertainment content and modern concept.The third is to expand the space for social interaction,and expand the space for social interaction for migrant workers through the work construction project,the park volunteer service platform creation and the community integration project.Finally,through the practical research,this paper proposes the service mode of social work intervention space separation,and concludes that social work needs to intervene in terms of grasping the space to integrate power,increasing space integration and interaction,and enhancing the sense of spatial belonging.
