Social Work Intervention In Our Country Small And Medium-sized Enterprise The Service Mode Of Study

Small and medium enterprises are those smaller business units comparedto large enterprises with the industry, staff size, asset size and scale ofoperation. With the reform and opening up China’s continuous economicdevelopment, SMEs in China’s national economic development is increasinglyan important role. However, we have experienced the ups and downs of smalland medium-sized enterprises, increasingly under threat in recent yearssurvival, among these, staff problems are important.This article starts from the presence of SMEs in the social work service,and put a company which in the internet industry as a sample, hope make acomprehensive study on the social work presence SMEs, with a view to haveimplication to social work presence of SMEs in China. Hope this can help SMEssovle staff problems.This article is based on integrated use of research methods on aquestionnaire survey, interviews and other methods, first-hand informationfor case information, and communication with colleagues in a long time anda lot of published articles, this should be the biggest highlight of thisarticle.Through the research we can see that many SMEs have more or less staffproblems, and these problems can not fully be solved only only relying on theenterprise itself. Social work is not highly known by all the employees inthe enterprise, but the difficulty can be overcome, and this can befeasible. Because of worry of the capital investment and the effect ofthe intervention, this article concludes that enterprise outsourcing modeland corporate social responsibility model for SMEs, which has somereference and guidance for the future of social work intervention forSMEs significance.
