Social Work Intervention Of Community Integration Of Low-income People From The Perspective Of Spatial Differentiation

Based on the status of community integration of low-income housing groups in the Jinshazhou public housing community,this paper explores the social spatial differentiation of low-income people from the perspective of spatial differentiation,and finds the dilemma of community integration of low-income people.The use of community-integrated social work interventions helps low-income people make full use of the limited resources in community space,obtain opportunities to participate in community construction and public service resources,and promote the rational participation of lower-level groups in society.Summarize social work practice research,and build a community differentiation and intervention model for spatial differentiation.This paper uses a questionnaire survey method from the perspective of spatial differentiation,combined with semi-structured interviews,and analyzes the social integration of low-income people through the factor analysis and regression analysis of the social integration of Jinshazhou public housing.There are three main spatial differentiation characteristics of insufficient participation motivation and employment difficulties caused by welfare dependence and location.Using social work practices to help low-income people to integrate their communities,the first is to expand the social interaction space,linking lowincome people with heterogeneous residents around the community through the Beautiful Sands Guided Tour project to interact and expand the social interaction network.The second is to establish a public participation space in the form of group work,fully promote the participation of community citizens in community governance,enhance the public participation awareness and ability of low-income people,and cultivate a sense of community belonging.The third is to integrate the employment space of resources and carry out employment mobility programs to improve low income.The labor and employment awareness of the crowd,the integration of community employment resources to enhance their own human resources,and promote employment to participate in social interaction to enhance the ability to resist life risks.Based on the conclusion of practical research,this paper proposes a service model of community integration and intervention in spatial differentiation governance.Social work participation in spatial differentiation governance gives full play to the positive function of social policy support,promotes the participation of lower-level groups in reasonable social mobility,and promotes the soundness of social operation.Operational.
