Childhood is an important stage of shaping individual, the individual is in childhood or more or less will experience some hardships, the development of the individual is not plain sailing, different individuals cope with difficulties and pressure can have different solution, some individuals in childhood is showing a positive optimism, adversity resistance, others will be unable to support from the family, society and sustain wait for a reason. Therefore,in the process of individual growth,it is necessary for social workers to intervene and take effective measures to help children strengthen resilience.I takes the "little sunflower" project of the women's federation of X street in nanjing city as a practical case to analyze. It takes 10 poor children and 10 children from caring families provided by the street as the service objects, carries out the service in the mode of "mutual aid group",and discusses the improvement effect of the resilience of the service objects under this mode.Researchers using group work intervention, combined with the qualitative research and quantitative research methods,on art of the three factors:external support, internal advantage and quantized treatment to the self-efficacy,poor children art force can be divided into five dimensions:self-acceptance,self-efficacy,emotional stability, problem solving ability, social support networks and service objects found by a pretest self-acceptance,self-efficacy,emotional stability is bad,in the heart of the group in the late service as a key to step in.In my study, the "little sunflower" project was designed and implemented from the perspective of mutual groups. The intervention was carried out through eight group activities and the pre-test and post-test were carried out.In the whole process of service, the professional skills of social work are applied, and the principle of self-determination and value neutrality is followed. On this basis, research scheme and service design are evaluated. The results showed that after the implementation of the model of mutual aid group, the scores of each dimension of the group members increased to different degrees, and the mutual aid group had a significant effect on the improvement of the resilience of poor children.Based on this paper, the author suggests that the anti-stress activities should be extended to schools and communities to strengthen the service effect,so that they can better face the adversity and develop their own potential in the growth process.
