In the middle school history teaching process,the history education quality depends on the history teacher's quality.There is a big gap between history teachers in rural and urban junior middle schools,which seriously affects the improvement of history teaching level in rural junior middle schools.In township middle schools,due to a series of reasons,coupled with the different emphasis on subjects,history teachers have more problems affecting the teaching quality than teachers of other subjects.Heze city is located in the southwest of shandong province,which is an underdeveloped area in shandong province.In terms of the survival status of junior middle school history teachers in heze towns,there are many problems,such as older age,irregular teaching management,lack of teacher teamwork,heavy teaching workload and lack of professional development platform.These problems have a certain impact on the renewal of history teachers' teaching concept,the improvement of teaching ability,the achievement of teaching objectives and the learning effect of history for students.To study the factors affecting the history teaching effect of junior middle schools in towns and villages from the survival state of history teachers and find effective solutions can promote the improvement of teaching level and teaching quality of junior middle school history teachers in towns and villages.This paper is divided into three parts: in the introduction,the reason of the topic,related research review,innovation and research methods of this paper are briefly discussed;The first part of the paper firstly defines the concept of survival status.On the basis of combing the basic situation of heze township junior middle schools,it sorts out the questionnaire and interview records,and analyzes the survival status of history teachers in township junior middle schools from three aspects: material life status,work status and professional development status.The second part through the classroom record,questionnaire analysis,interviews and other forms,discussed the township junior high school history teacher survival status on the teacher teaching motivation,teacher teaching effect and student learning effect;The third part aimed at existing problems in the villages and towns junior middle school history teachers survival status,put forward to improve history teacher status and treatment,by increasing the history teachers the opportunity to communicate and cooperation opportunities,rich history teaching resources,attach importance to school-based training for history teachers' professional development as well as create conditions to improve rural junior middle school history teachers' living condition.According to the existing situation of heze city township junior middle school history teachers can be seen,although not on the income gap between urban and rural areas,there is a widespread job burnout,the teaching goal to achieve but low degree,update teaching idea andmethod,etc,which affect the students knowledge of history,history and the cultivation of the interest in learning,history and the improvement of autonomous learning ability.Through the investigation of the survival status of history teachers in junior middle schools in township,this study finds the relationship between the survival status of history teachers and teaching effect.The management department can promote the improvement of history teaching level by improving the survival status of history teachers in township.
