| At the end of last century,Chinese national education reform to move on,continued to promote quality education,harmonious development of education began to gradually become one of the cores of Chinese new basic education curriculum reform(New Curriculum),teachers’ professional life has been more and more concerned.Based on the questionnaire survey about senior high school’s history teachers of Chongzuo city on teacher’s everyweek working,job’s satisfaction survey,continuing education and modern education means,analysis the professional living conditions of high school history teachers in Chongzuo city from the above four aspects.The author investigated and analyed the four parts what have been mentioned above by interviewing and questionaire.Then he proposed some proposals about how to reduce the pressure of ChongZuo’s High School history teachers,how to improve the quality of training of CongZuo’s High School history teachers and how to concern the work and life of ChongZuo’s High School history teachers.Finally,the author showed the reason what caused the current siutation of ChongZuo’s High School history teachers’ professional life by combing the survey results and the local actual situation. |
