The survey found that the current situation of history teacher training in township junior high schools in H city has some problems,such as insufficient training preparation,disjointed training content,single training form,poor training effect,etc.According to the problems existing in the current situation of teacher training,the following suggestions are put forward: to strengthen the team building and build a training team for famous historical teachers;All links are covered and the content of teacher training methods is improved.The combination of six ways enriches the supply mode of teacher training.Four kinds of measures should be taken simultaneously to promote the development of teachers' professional quality.Improve various mechanisms.With the publication of the Ministry's edition of junior high school history textbooks,the education and teaching of history will also change.Teachers are the key to improving teaching quality,and on-the-job training is a favorable guarantee to improve teachers' teaching quality.In this paper,the history teachers of township junior high schools in H city are selected as the research object.Through questionnaires and interviews,the problems and causes of in-service training of history teachers in township junior high schools in H city are investigated and analyzed,and the countermeasures are put forward,so as to promote the professional development of history teachers in township junior high schools in H city and finally improve the quality of history education and teaching.
