The report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China takes promoting education fairness and improving education quality as two important dimensions to promote education reform and development.On September 3,2014,China put forward a new reform plan for college entrance examination,among which the subject selection program for college entrance examination is particularly eye-catching.Previous studies have shown that in zhejiang and other provinces that have implemented the new college entrance examination system,the vast majority of students choose biology in the college entrance examination.This shows that most students believe that biology can be learned well and is not difficult to learn.But at the same time,the number of biology students with learning difficulties is also increasing.In teaching practice,biology teachers usually pay more attention to the students with good grades,but ignore the students with learning difficulties,so that most of the students with learning difficulties finally give up learning.Therefore,exploring effective ways to transform students with learning difficulties is an important research field in current teaching practice.On the basis of the study of literature analysis,combined with the author's teaching practice,designed a "poor student causes high school biology student questionnaire",the two in zoucheng city middle school students in biology study the present situation investigation,analyzes the poor student in biology with the poor student in biology study interest,attitude and habit difference,summarizes the specific reason for the students to form from the surface.On the basis of investigating the causes of students with learning difficulties and combining with the transformation process of the three students with learning difficulties in teaching practice,this paper puts forward effective strategies for the transformation of biology students with learning difficulties in senior high school,aiming at providing feasible reference Suggestions for biology teachers in the transformation of students with learning difficulties and promoting the common development of all students.The research content of this paper mainly includes the following six aspects: the first chapter is the problem: including the background,research status,research purpose and significance.The second chapter is the theoretical review: it defines the concept and characteristics of students with learning difficulties,and summarizes the theoretical basis of this study.: the third chapter is the results of the investigation and analysis in the questionnaire for students on the basis of statistical analysis,combined with the teacher interview as a result,the conclusion summarizes the cause of the poor student in zoucheng city high school biology,the mainly includes three aspects: one is the obstacle in terms of emotional attitude,such as learningbiology attitude is not positive,restless,self-abased ziqi,etc;Second,students with learning difficulties have bad habits in attention,preview before class,homework completion and learning reflection.Third,parents of students with learning difficulties pay little attention to their students' learning of biology.The fourth chapter is the analysis of countermeasures for high school biology students with learning difficulties: according to the analysis of the causes,it puts forward effective countermeasures for the transformation of high school biology students with learning difficulties,including strengthening the education of emotion and will,so that students can fall in love with learning;Create a good teaching environment for biology,so that students learn easily;Enhance the communication between teachers and students,timely understanding of student trends;The fifth chapter is the case study of biology students with learning difficulties in senior high school: through the case study of three students with learning difficulties in teaching practice,the effectiveness of the transformation strategy is verified.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and reflection,clarifying the conclusion of this paper,reflecting on the shortcomings of the paper and looking forward to the future research direction.
