The learning difficulties refer to students with normal intelligence,good physical and mental health.Due to the combined effects of a variety of external factors in the education process,students encounter obstacles in the learning process and cannot successfully complete the learning task.In the basic education in China,biology education and teaching still needs more attention.The "molecule and cell" module is an important part of the biology curriculum of Senior High School,and it is the basis of biology,And the knowledge point of the module is microscopic,there will be some difficulties in the learning process for high school freshman.Therefore,the author takes the first grade 702 students of Hefei Ninth Middle School which is demonstration high School in Anhui province as the research object.To investigate the learning difficulties and causes of learning difficulties for high student in the "molecule and cell" module learning process,through literature research,questionnaire survey,data analysis and other methods.On the basis of previous research combining with practical investigation,found that no matter what kind of students,when they come to a new environment and face new things,they will have difficulties,but they have different degrees of performance,while the forms of learning difficulties are mainly for the general interest in learning.The cause of the biology learning difficulties mainly in three aspects:(1)The basic reason is the lack of interest in learning biology;(2)The main reason is that high school biology knowledge is cumbersome and abstract,and students' junior high school biology foundation is weak,making there are certain difficulties in knowledgeable understanding for students.And in practical teaching,the biological experiment that can transform abstract knowledge into concrete knowledge fails to pay enough attention to make students lack the opportunity to exercise their hands-on ability;(3)The secondary reasons are generalized learning attitudes,improper learning methods.
