According to the requirements of the Secondary School Attached Yunnan University(Chenggong Campus),this paper carries out the study to analyze the strategy of collective guidance for the students with learning difficulties.Therefore,the author has carried out this study by the Secondary School Attached Yunnan University(Chenggong Campus).After analyzing a large number of relative documents at home and abroad,the author finds that scholars mostly focus on the theoretical research on the study of students with learning difficulties.Therefore,the theoretical foundation of the study on the students with learning difficulties is rich,but the empirical research is few.Moreover,few empirical studies are made for the transformation of the students with learning difficulties.This leads to the fact that teachers are "unable to comply" in practical teaching,and the problems of the students with learning difficulties can not be solved.Therefore,I hope that through this study,a set of guidance model suitable for the transformation of the students with learning difficulties is put forward to provide a reference for the teachers in the Secondary School Attached Yunnan University(Chenggong Campus).With the methods of interview and questionnaire,the author defines the students with learning difficulties in the school,and then determines the research objects.Then,under the support of the theory of group dynamics,the theory of learning style,the theory of learning motivation and the theory of the backward students' psychological barriers,the author interviewed all the biology teachers in junior middle school and all the headmasters in the first grade and some of the research subjects.According to the analysis of the interview results,the author selected 3 questionnaires for all the students in class three and class four in grade one(including the students with learning difficulties)and investigated the adaptability of the students' psychology at school,the biology learning situation in junior middle school and Solomon learning style respectively to understand the status of students' psychological and biological learning situation.According to the resultsof the investigation,the action research method is used to design and implement the guidance scheme for the students with learning difficulties.Finally,according to the implementation results,the guidance scheme is evaluated and reconsidered to present the guidance mode that suitable for the students with learning difficulties in the Secondary School Attached Yunnan University(Chenggong Campus).The psychological counseling process and learning assistance program has been submitted to the Secondary School Attached Yunnan University(Chenggong Campus)for reference.It can be concluded that the tutorship program of "psychological adaptation + learning help" is feasible,and a series of class group counseling activities for improving the psychological adaptation of the students with learning difficulties are effective.The proposed learning help scheme is an important means to assist students with learning difficulties.The headmaster plays an important role and especially should especially pay attention to the students with learning difficulties.
