Mobile learning has had a profound effect on people’s life and learning style.It helps learners to solve the problem of time and space limitations and allow learners learning Fragmently at anywhere or anytime.In the form of presentation,it also meets the learners’ learning needs in a more diversified way,such as text,pictures and videos,to help learners achieve real autonomous learning.At the same time,it also promotes the realization of universal learning and lifelong learning.As the carrier of mobile learning resources,smart devices must also rely on reliable software platform.Android,as the most popular operating system,is widely used in College students.Its development also have had a positive impact on the practical application of mobile learning.Based on the analysis of the present situation of Stratified teaching and mobile learning at home and abroad,and combined with the current situation of computer basic course learning in universities,this paper designs and develops a learning APP suitable for college students of various majors,which provides a convenient and independent learning platform for college students.At the same time,it also produces and organizes various learning resources to help students learn computer technology.Firstly,in order to find out the problems of Basic Computer Courses,the researcher of the paper carries out a questionnaire survey on the current situation of Basic Computer Course learning and professional needs of College students,and on this basis,to analyze the design and development needs of APP.Secondly,according to the results of professional needs questionnaire,it use Photoshop,Master of Multicolored Animation,Xbox and other software to make learning resources.At the same time,through the network to collect and collate relevant learning materials to provide students with the most complete learning resources.Thirdly,the paper designs and de-velops APP for mobile learning of Basic Computer Courses,which serves as a platform for computer learning.As a way of assisted learning,the mobile learning system can not replace formal classroom teaching,but it combines with Stratified teaching theory to Layering learners according to their competence basis and Setting different learning goals.At the same time,according to their professional needs,we can provide targeted course learning materials to improve the learning effect of courses.Finally,the APP is tested,and the test results show that all the functional modules can run normally.
