The view of children of preschool teachers has important practical significance,and only the view of children transformed into educational behavior can really play a role in the development of children.The researcher found that Kindergarten novice teachers in educational practice often have a more correct view of children,but often worry that it is difficult to translate into appropriate educational behaviors.In collective teaching activities,the difficulties faced by teachers are more prominent.Therefore,this study focuses on the transformation of the view of children towards educational behavior in kindergarten novice teachers in group teaching activities,with a novice teacher as a case study.The study observes the educational behaviors in the group teacher,s collective teaching activities,conducts in-depth interviews on the intentions and ideas of the novice teachers’ educational behaviors and their understanding of children,and understands the novice teachers’ views on children,educational behaviors and educational behaviors.It reveals the current situation of the transformation of the view of children towards educational behavior in kindergarten novice teachers and the problems existing in.And analyzing the factors that influence the transformation of the view of children towards educational behavior in kindergarten novice teachers.The analysis of the current situation of the transformation of the view of children towards educational behavior in kindergarten novice teachers mainly includes tvvo aspects,namely,the understanding of children’s development and the understanding of children’s status and rights.The current problems mainly include:partial understanding of children has not really understood internalization,mainly including the understanding of the characteristics of children’s thinking is relatively superficial,and the understanding of children’s emotional development needs is biased;the correct concept is difficult to generate effective strategies and methods,mainly Including it is difficult to develop individualized support strategies for young children with relatively lagging development,it is difficult to design games that meet the needs of children’s activities,and it 1s difficult to adjust the activity plan to adapt to the child’s subject status;the internal will is hindered when it is externalized into behavior,mainly including“not loving”It is difficult to implement the idea that children’s wishes can only suspend and maintain the right to participate in each child.The factors influencing the transformation are divided into teachers’ internal factors and external factors.The internal factors mainly include the understanding and intenlalization of novice teachers’ own children,s views,the mutual influence of other educational concepts,practical experience and skills.Mastery,external factors mainly include the combination of the form of collective teaching activities and the common restrictions on the presence of teachers and children,the psychological atmosphere of kindergartens,and the support of teacher education.According to the research results,the researchers suggest that the kindergarten novice teachers themselves strengthen the theoretical study and practice reflection,the kindergarten creates a relaxed and free psychological atmosphere for the novice teachers,the education trainers and managers pay attention to the subjective needs of the novice teachers.Multi-faceted efforts to promote the transformation of the view of children towards educational behavior in kindergarten novice teachers.
