| The competencies is the important accomplishment that people should have in adapting to the information age and knowledge society.It is the comprehensive performance of knowledge,ability,attitude,concept and character.The cultivation of the competencies of high school students is the hot spot of education research,which is the inevitable trend in the background of college entrance examination reform,and it is a new challenge for teachers’ teaching.Therefore,the comparative study of high school chemistry novice teachers and experienced teachers from the perspective of competencies development has a certain significance.This research mainly centered around the following four core problem:the nucleus of chemical competencies connotation,composition and evaluation of teaching behavior based on competencies development,understand the differences in teaching behavior of different teachers based on the perspective of competencies development,how to enhance the high school chemistry competencies cultivation.The literature method,questionnaire survey,interview method and observation method were used to study.This study is divided into five sections:The first part is the introduction,mainly elaborated the research background and origin,analyzed the content and meaning of the study.The second part is literature review,mainly including concept definition and research status,this paper defined three concepts of novice teacher and experiential teacher,competencies,teaching behaviors,and puts forward composition and evaluation of teaching behavior based on competencies development.The third part is an investigation and study on the teaching behavior of high school chemistry novice and experience teachers in the perspective of competencies development.Using questionnaire survey,to contrast the results of the novice teachers and the experience teachers in the chemistry of high school chemistry,and further analysis.The fourth part is a case study of the teaching behavior of high school chemistry novice and experience teachers from the perspective of competencies development,select the two typical samples,through the interview method and observation method,further comparison is made.The fifth part is the conclusion and revelation,summarize the survey results,then based on the conclusion,the author puts forward some Suggestions to strengthen the cultivation of chemical key competencies of high school students from the perspective of teachers.In the end,the author points out the shortcomings of this study.The conclusions are as follows:1.Due to the incomplete knowledge structure,lack of professional concept and lack of teaching experience,the novice teacher is obviously inferior to the experiential teacher in the training of competencies.2.The training of teachers in core competence and core character is low.It is the most difficult to train the innovation ability in the core competence,and the lowest cultivation.At the same time,many teachers lack of character education consciousness.3.It was found that that difference between the male teacher and female teachers was not obvious in the key competencies cultivation.Teachers in shandong,zhejiang and jiangxi provinces showed an increasing trend in their competencies cultivation.4.From the perspective of teachers,put forward the suggestion that enhanced chemical competencies cultivation,from the core knowledge and core competence,the core concept,attitude,core character of five dimensions,respectively corresponding to the five Suggestions are given:to improve the way of knowledge,and to optimize the design of the lesson plan content,penetrate,stimulate students interest in learning chemistry,attaches great importance to the education class character. |
