The concepts of "revitalizing the kindergarten through teaching and research" and "strengthening teachers through teaching and research" require teachers to become researchers in educational practice.As the process of improving the quality of preschool education accelerates,kindergarten teachers,as the main force of preschool education,are important researchers in frontline teaching in kindergartens.As a new force in the kindergarten teaching team,novice kindergarten teachers are an important stage in cultivating their professional literacy,and educational research literacy is one of the essential qualities of modern teachers.Therefore,the paper will analyze the various dimensions of educational research literacy of novice kindergarten teachers,in order to deeply explore the factors that affect their educational research literacy.Taking novice kindergarten teachers as the research object,taking the questionnaire method and interview method as the main methods,the "Questionnaire on the Education and Research Literacy of Novice Kindergarten Teachers" was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on the education and scientific research literacy of 284 kindergarten novice teachers with teaching experience within three years in C City,and SPSS23.0 was used to statistically analyze the questionnaire data of the four dimensions of educational research ability,educational research awareness,educational research knowledge and educational research ethics.At the same time,6 novice teachers and 3 principals were interviewed to present the current level of education and research literacy of novice kindergarten teachers.The main conclusions are as follows: first,the overall level of education and scientific research literacy of kindergarten novice teachers is good,but there are shortcomings-the level of education and scientific research ability is average;Second,the educational and scientific research literacy of novice kindergarten teachers differs in different kindergarten regions and kindergarten nature.Third,the teaching age and education of personal factors have a significant positive impact on the education and scientific research literacy of novice teachers,and the nature of kindergarten and kindergarten region also have different degrees of positive impact on various dimensions of their education and research literacy.Suggestions for improving the educational and scientific research literacy of novice kindergarten teachers-for novice teachers,firstly,actively participate in kindergarten based teaching and research to enhance their educational and scientific research abilities;Secondly,establish the concept of educational research and accumulate educational and teaching experience;Thirdly,pay attention to the forefront of professional academia and promote reflection on education and teaching;Fourthly,focus on improving one’s own academic qualifications and improving the level of educational research.For kindergartens,firstly,establish educational research teams and form regular teacher training;Secondly,create an atmosphere for educational research and support teachers’ teaching and research work;Thirdly,strengthen the classification and guidance of teaching and research,and give full play to the leading role of teachers;Fourthly,establish an educational research mechanism and provide a platform for growth and development.
