Abstract/Summary:
"Kindergarten education guidelines(Trial)" pointed out: "preschool teachers should pay attention to children’s performance and needs in activities,help children acquire,sort out and revise the experience gained in activities." In order to better carry out preschool education and teaching activities through teacher child interaction,the professional level of preschool teachers is particularly important.The core of developing preschool teachers’ professional quality is to form correct and normative ethics.More importantly,in the career development of preschool teachers,novice teachers are the primary stage and the best stage to form and develop teachers’ professional ethics.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the cultivation of ethics of novice kindergarten teachers.At present,teachers’ ethical anomie behavior is particularly prominent in novice teachers.Based on this,this study mainly selects 22 novice teachers from different nature and Star Kindergarten in Anshan City as the research object,and comprehensively uses the methods of observation,interview and literature to carry out the research.It is found that there are some anomie behaviors in novice teachers,such as excessive punishment,language violence,lack of justice,excessive restraint and so on.The main reasons are as follows: the novice teachers are lack of scientific cognition to preschool children,lack of sensitivity to ethical anomie behavior,and their personal emotion management ability is poor;Lack of training,supervision and incentive mechanism for teachers’ ethics training.In order to solve the above problems,the author finds out the reasons from the novice teachers themselves,kindergartens and the government,and puts forward the corresponding feasible suggestions.
