As a basic problem of education theory, the view of children is of great significance for teachers to reform educational concepts and transform educational behaviors.During the internship, the researcher found differences about the view of children between novice teachers and expert teachers. From the existing researches, most studies have focused on the understanding and analysis of a certain group, and few studies have been conducted from the comparative perspective of novice teachers and expert teachers.Literature study, case study method, and comparative method are used in the study.By purposive sampling method, the study determines the R primary school as a case and uses the method of snowball to choose three novice teachers and three expert teachers as the research objects. In the process of case study, the researcher collects data by combining interview method and observation method. In order to explore the differences of the views on children between primary school novice teachers and expert teachers, the researcher plans to collect research data from who is children, childhood value, children's physical and mental development, children's rights and status, then puts forward suggestions for the development of primary school novice teachers. The study finds that novice teachers consider children to be small adults in terms of who they were, while the expert teachers think that children are children. In the understanding of childhood value, the novice teachers focus on the instrumental value of childhood, while the expert teachers focus on the ontological value of childhood. In the understanding of the children's physical and mental development, the novice teachers' understanding is in a fragmented state, while the expert teachers'understanding is more scientific and systematic. In the understanding of the rights and status of children, the novice teachers believe that children should be given limited rights, while the expert teachers believe that children should be given freedom. There are four main reasons for the differences:First, the understanding of children is different. The novice teachers think that children are young adults, and the interpretation of children's view is wrong. The expert teachers think that children are children.Second, the focus on children is different. The novice teachers pay more attention to their own survival and development, while the expert teachers pay more attention to the development of children.Third, the time spent with children is different.Family role and educational experience are two important factors, which influences teachers' relationship with children.Teachers who have experience in raising children are more aware of the characteristics and nature of children's physical and mental development.Teachers who have rich educational experience may have a deeper understanding of children.Fourth, the degree of reflection on education is different.Compared with the novice teachers, the expert teachers pay more attention to the teaching reflection. For the above reasons, the following four suggestions are proposed:First, strengthen the cultivation of children's view of primary school novice teachers.Second, arouse the love of children in primary school novice teachers.Third, improve the understanding of primary school novice teachers to children.Fourth, cultivate the teaching reflection ability of the novice teachers in primary school.
