With the growth of residents’ income and parents’ awareness of students’ total development,Chinese primary and middle school students’ extracurricular training industry has been developing rapidly.More and more companies enter this extensive market and therefore the fierce market competition also made great challenges to the enterprises in the industry.This paper takes A education training school as an example,introduces the current situation of A education training school in marketing by literature analysis,case analysis,market research and other methods,and analyzes the existing problems of:(1)The product system of education training is not perfect.(2)The pricing mechanism is not perfect.(3)The channel marketing ability of education products is insufficient.(4)Lack of systematic education product promotion means.(5)The cost of education product marketing is too high.At the same time,explore the causes of the problems:data acquisition and insufficient market research;The type of training products is incomplete,and the quality is different.Lack of innovation in new media channel marketing.Lack of diversity in marketing channels;Insufficient attention to product promotion.The cognition of new media role in marketing is biased.On this basis,the countermeasures and Suggestions for optimizing the marketing strategy of A education training school are put forward:improving the accuracy of market segmentation and positioning.Based on Boston matrix,improve management process and optimize education product pricing mechanism;Optimize the channel system of education product marketing;Rich promotion methods of education products;Actively carry out marketing optimization based on new media.Through the research of this paper,it is hoped that A education training school can play a reference role in optimizing its marketing strategy,and also hope to provide reference and reference value for the marketing strategy of other peer enterprises.
