A Comparative Analysis Of Complete Sets Of Movements In The Mixed Doubles Events Of The 13th To 15th World Aerobics Championships Between China And Foreign Countries

Competitive aerobics belongs to the gymnastics category of difficult beauty group.It is a sports item that can show the ability of continuous,complex and high-intensity aerobics with music accompaniment.Because of the special combination of one male athlete and one female athlete in the mixed doubles of competitive aerobics,it has more ornamental value in gymnastics.Since China's competitive aerobics in 1999 and the development of international standards,the strength of athletes is increasingly strengthened,throughout the process of China's competitive aerobics to participate in the world championships,each project has achieved remarkable results,especially three people,the collective is China's advantage project,the single project in the gradual improvement,the development momentum is very good.Only mixed doubles compared with the world's advanced countries there is a large gap between the performance of other aerobics and aerobics than the average,and not stable.This paper USES the methods of literature review,interview,video analysis,comparative analysis and mathematical statistics to understand and analyze the characteristics of mixed doubles of competitive aerobics from the 2013-2016 edition and 2017-2020 edition of competitive aerobics competition rules.On 13-15 world aerobics championship in complete set of movements to art layout,complete the quality and difficulty to choose three aspects were analyzed to find the problem,training practice provide scientific guidance for the future,the rise of the technical level of the team and for us to provide theoretical reference for relevant industry decision makers,the opportunity for the 16 th aerobics championship mixed doubles projects.The research results show that:(1)At present the project of mixed doubles teams in the world pattern is still not clear,each team have their own good aspect,our country is a new breakthrough in the14 th,won a precious medal,but because our country aerobics team in athletes of old and new alternate period,performance is not ideal in the 15 th world championships.(2)The European traditional strong teams with originality and innovation in the art layout,can be combined with the characteristics of its athletes,maximize athletesshow the unique ability,personality and style,the current arrangement direction,leading the national art on the art layout in our country too much to cater to the foreign aesthetic,the lack of its own characteristics of national elements,in which athletes not fully understanding of the works and the lack of expression.(3)The completion score of all countries is generally lower than that of art.Due to the difference in sports level between men and women of mixed doubles athletes,both men and women athletes should be more runn-in to achieve consistent results in the performance of the whole set.(4)According to video analysis,the top three players in the 13 th to 15 th world championships all prefer difficulty connection with high score,which reflects the high level of athletes.The difficulty selected by the Chinese team has always been among the top in the world,but the difficulty combination is rarely used.
