| Aerobic gymnastics is a kind of high-intensity sports. Although it started lately in China, but it developed in rapid speed. And many of the projects is close to the world's leading level. Individual men, six of group and trios have squeezed into top of the world, it should be noted that there is still a gap between our country and advanced countries in the difficulty level and layout design, we should continue efforts to further improve athletic skills, and solve the problems of technology and training in order to achieve "catching up" target.It is a major issue be placed in front of the large number of sports workers. Based on this target, we take the top eight times of mixed pair in 10th aerobics gymnastics world championships 2008 as the research object, and used of literature, observation, statistics and other research methods by means of our country mixed pair's actions and the world's leading teams actions to conduct comparative analysis and study, to identify the gaps between our country and the world's leading team and recommend appropriate development strategies. To further enhance the competitive aerobics mixed pair skills and provides a theoretical basis.The major results are these:1, China's mixed pair athletes take advantage of action obviously, but poor in artistic quality.2, The individual women athletes must imorove physical fitness training is the key to the future.3, Our players selected action in difficulty score is not high and lack of tough action.4, The design actions are without creativity. Presentation style is not characteristic of the lack of personalized and artistic action.5, China's mixed pair players maked them moves around the waist and shoulders, but less to move around head. 6, China's mixed pair players are lack of dynamic combining, and there are deficiency gap with the excellent team players.
