In the 21 st century,China's informatization has entered a stage of rapid development.In 2018,the Ministry of Education promulgated the Action Plan of Education Informatization 2.0,which is a key measure to fully stimulate the revolutionary impact of information technology.The plan points out that teachers are gradually adapting to the development of information technology,and the requirements for teachers' information literacy are also improved.It also points out that we should continue to carry out information-based teacher training projects,so as to effectively enhance the information technology capabilities of educators.However,with the development of the information age,there are still some problems in the current information-based teacher training,such as the pertinence and effectiveness of training courses.Effectively improve the quality of teacher training,improve teachers' information literacy and application ability,it plays an important role in the development of education informatization.It plays an important role in the development of educational informationization.In China,to truly achieve the development of education informatization required by the Ministry of Education,based on the historical experience of upgrading the information technology literacy project of teachers throughout the country,we must achieve the road to simplicity,integration and innovation,and integration into less and more refined,and learn to use the simplest operation to achieve the most practical and effective results.Therefore,this thesis proposes a teacher informationization training activity course with the theme of minimalist educational technology.This thesis adopts research methods such as documentary research method,questionnaire survey method and non-structured interview method,and analyzes the current situation of teacher-related information technology training,analyzes the problems existing in the training,and combines the basic situation of the trainees.The survey of learning needs is mainly based on the analysis of training objects,the establishment of training objectives,the development of training content,and the implementation of curriculum activities.As for the implementation of this training course,the participants in the training course of improving teachers' informationization skills organized by a school district in Jiading,Shanghai,are taken as the objects of practice.From the learning needs ofthe students,the theory and practice will be provided through simple,practical and efficient minimalist educational technology skills training.Emphasis should be laid on the practical operation of the trainees and the training courses should be designed reasonably by adopting the method of "learning by doing" in experiential training.The practice process of this training is relatively complete.Through participating in the learning and training content,every teacher has the most real sense of acquisition,ability to learn and master the use of modern minimalist educational information technology to better assist teaching and learning,effectively solve practical problems in teaching and life,and to a certain extent,improve the information literacy of teachers.The training effect is relatively good,and it provides a practical reference for the follow-up teacher information training program.
