Although the difference of information technology training between china and other developed countries is comparatively large, which is called a "digital gap", the training has had great influence on improving teachers' instructional ability and popularizing information education into primary and secondary school. But, when we speculate reasoningly about the training mode and trace its developing process, some problems also need to be studied and solved.International experiences indicate that when a relatively large scale construction of school foundational establishment is started up, teachers' short of information technology ability will be the bottleneck. With the boosting of educational informationizing process, china has invested substantively in the education establishment, and the "inter-school digital connecting" project has spent approximate 10 thousand million, but unfortunately, it failed to gain the expecting benefit, one of the reasons of which is lagging of teacher training. Since more and more school has introduced information technology into classroom, teachers' personal professional development is urged. In order to work more effectively in the environment of information technology(IT), teachers require not only mastering the using of IT, but also the modern education theory, based on which they can combine the educational strategy into the applying of IT to conduct the instruction activity more efficiently. So, the mode shifting of teachers' training is up against and it should be oriented to enhancing the training quality, the purpose and core of which is to improve the levels of training. Now, the IT training has been carried through in many places and schools, and many teachers has learned to use computer and internet and to make courseware themselves, but essentially, it has not integrated into the actual teaching process in point of supporting the instruction activities effectively. Establishing instructional mode of new pattern, updating educational notion and applying the constructive methodology into instruction, although those concept is especially emphasized in IT training, the traditional teaching mode is not essentially changed.In my essay, based on the liberating-action methodology, combined with the qualititive and quantitive research method, it aimed to put forward the existing problems in current ET training, such as lack of requirement pertinence, deviating of the applying theory from the advocating theory, short of systematic design in the training.
