Tennis has gradually become popular from aristocratic sport to mass sport. It is a charming ball sport. It originated in England,is famous in the United States, and has a wide influence in the world. In recent years, tennis has also been developing rapidly in China, and has become a pilot course in primary and secondary school physical education, and other courses are also facing reform and innovation. As a new teaching method,task-driven teaching method is one of the feasible methods to improve the teaching quality and effect.According to the actual needs of tennis teaching in primary and secondary schools at the present stage, through the research and analysis of the basic theory of task-driven teaching method, combined with the uniqueness of tennis events, and taking basic motor skills, physical and psychological qualities as experimental indicators,a set of innovative methods and steps suitable for teenagers'tennis teaching are designed, and through the analysis of experimental conclusions,a certain amount of teaching staff is provided. At the same time, the teaching methods also provide some theoretical reference for improving the tennis teaching level in primary and secondary schools and promoting the cultivation of tennis talents.Through the research methods of documentation, teaching experiment, mathematical statistics, questionnaire, logical analysis and interview, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the physical fitness, basic tennis forehand and backhand skills and psychological state of the students in the two classes. It is found that all the test indicators in the experimental class except 1000-meter running, sitting forward bending and standing long jump in physical fitness are equal. There are significant differences between the two classes. After the teaching experiment, the results show that:1.In the four physical fitness tests of sector running, sitting forward bending,1000-meter running and standing long jump, there was significant difference between the experimental class and the control class(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between 1000-meter running, sitting forward bending and standing long jump(P>0.05).2.In tennis forehand and backhand basic technical test, there is a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class after the experiment(P<0.05).3.In the aspect of psychological test, there is a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class(P<0.05).Through the analysis of the research results, the following conclusions are drawn:1.Through the experimental study,we can see that task-driven teaching method and traditional teaching method have obvious differences in improving students'tennis specific physical quality, but there is no significant difference in improving basic physical quality.2.Compared with the traditional teaching method,task-driven teaching method can improve the stability and standardization of students'tennis basic skills.3.Compared with traditional teaching method, using task-driven teaching method in tennis teaching can make students more inclined to task orientation in sports and help to form a positive goal orientation state. The conclusion shows that task-driven teaching method can be applied to teenagers'tennis learning, and the results obtained are better than those of traditional teaching method. However, the results of traditional teaching method in the post-test are also improved compared with those before the experiment,so the role of traditional teaching method can not be totally denied. There are still some shortcomings in the teaching method of this teaching experiment. For example, the evaluation system can be further improved and the design of tasks can be more scientific and diversified. Therefore, further research and learning are needed.
