Task Driven Teaching Mode In Ordinary University Tennis Teaching,the Application Of Research

Tennis is a comprehensive exercise and a sound body movement,in Colleges a nd universities to carry out tennis project can not only cultivate students' indomitabl e courage,the courage to overcome difficulties of excellent quality,it can cultivate the courage to fight the fighting style,carry forward the unity,cooperation and clos e coordination of team spirit.According to years of tennis options lesson teaching experience and a variety of teaching mode of teaching experiment,in a comprehensive study of the task dri ven teaching mode based on,combined with College Students tennis classroom teac hing actual situation,it optimizes the task driven teaching mode,to construct the te nnis task driven teaching model and experimental teaching in College Tennis electiv e course teaching in Colleges and universities.Expectations through tennis task driv en teaching mode of teaching experiment for college students in PE teaching to pro vide positive ideas of teaching reform,enrich the teaching mode of physical educati on in Colleges and universities,to improve the students' physical fitness,tennis skil ls and comprehensive ability,and comprehensively improve the teaching quality of physical education in Colleges and universities.In this paper,the application of literature,teaching experiment,questionnaire su rvey,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,draws the following conclusion:1 tennis task driven teaching mode of students physical quality level of differe nt effects,which on standing long jump,1000 meters and 800 meters fitness level effect is not obvious,of vital capacity and body antexion and 50 meters fitness lev el have obvious effect.2 Tennis lessons in the application of "task driven" teaching model can signific antly improve the students' tennis technology,especially to backhand technology to improve greatly,for students of tennis theory course grades increased obviously.3 tennis task driven teaching mode to improve students' learning interest in ten nis,and in the process to help college students to better grasp the tennis technology,is obviously superior to the traditional teaching mode of physical education in th is regard.4 tennis task driven teaching model is beneficial to improve the team cooperati on ability of the university students,to strengthen the students' learning motivation and the ability to promote college students' ability of social communication,the obv ious effect on College Students' comprehensive quality and ability improvement.
