Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Ski Instructors Teaching In Harbin

Skiing is a kind of outdoor sport with high taste and strong experience,which has great benefits for physical and mental health and is suitable for a wide range of people.In recent years,mass skiing is getting more and more attention.However,as an important role in mass skiing,there is no standard for ski teaching,and the quality of ski teaching is uneven.In this paper《The Harbin skiing ski instructor teaching present situation and the countermeasure research》take the teaching status of Harbin ski instructors as the research object,using the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,interview method and so on ski instructor teaching present situation of Harbin city were investigated,around the Harbin city each ski instructor at ski resorts,teaching and ski tourists situation investigation,find out the problems existing in the teaching,put forward the corresponding Suggestions and countermeasures,in order to promote skiing in Harbin city and provides some references for the skiing teaching development.The results show that the ski instructors of ski resorts in Harbin city have a gender imbalance in the ratio of male to female,with more men than women and mainly young people.Skiing instructors in Harbin city do not have long years of guidance,high educational level,low technical level,and a large proportion of short-term training personnel.The number of ski instructors with primary certificates is the largest,and the number of unlicensed instructors also accounts for a large proportion,and the number of those with intermediate and senior certificates is small.The skiing level of ski tourists is mainly based on the primary level and the first experience,the number of hired coaches is relatively small,the main reason is that the cost of hiring a coach is too high;The ski teaching content lacks the theoretical knowledge explanation.Skiing ground and equipment can’t meet the needs of skiing teaching;Ignoring theoretical knowledge learning;The main factors that influence the teaching of skiing are individual sports ability and teaching time.Development countermeasures and Suggestions: to improve the quality of ski teaching service and formulate ski teaching system;Increase ski teaching training andassessment system;Strengthen ski education propaganda,to popularize correct skiing knowledge to consumers;Enrich ski teaching content and improve ski teaching conditions;Increase the reform of ski instructor teaching team,improve the overall quality;Establish tourist evaluation mechanism.
