The Research Of Club Swimming Instructor Competencies

The social sports instructors(faculty)of swimming is a popular profession, also it is an important part of human resources the swimming club. Have good comprehensive quality of swimming instructor to have market competitiveness, to a better job. This study was to seek the swimming club(swimming instructor) competence characteristics of social sports instructors, for profit-making swimming club provides the reference for the management and training of talents.According to the research, the purpose of this study to profit-making social sports instructors swimming club(swimming instructor) as the research object. Nanjing select the sample size of 300 social sports instructors(swimming instructor). Adopt the method of random sampling 256 effective samples. Research USES the literature material method, interview method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method, etc. The questionnaire has good structure validity. Through the internal consistency reliability test of the questionnaire, it is concluded that the questionnaire a clone of Bach coefficient of 0.859, shows that the reliability of this questionnaire is very high. In the process of the collected data using SPSS13.0 statistical program of social sciences to complete the corresponding statistical work.The research results show that the social sports instructors swimming club(swimming instructors)competence characteristics embodied in professional knowledge, professional skills and personal charisma, guiding monitoring, communication and cooperation, coordination and strain, a sense of achievement and so on characteristics. And these characteristics have a certain correlation, embodies the swimming together for characteristics of social sports instructors. Study of different gender and professional social sports instructors, different working fixed number of year of swimming swimming(faculty) competence characteristics on the analysis of existing differences.Accordingly put forward the following Suggestions: to speed up the swimming career advice of social sports instructor occupational qualification certification system, strengthen social sports instructor occupational swimming and the cultivation of sense of service, implementing classified management, promote swimming association of social sports instructor management mode, strengthening the cultivation of social sports instructors.
