Research On The Vocational Development Countermeasures Of College Instructors

China’s higher education development and popularization of the deep change ofinternational and domestic situations, not only to the work of university counselors broughtmany new problems, also give university instructor team put forward higher request.Under the new situation, the Party Central Committee from to strengthen and improveideological and political education of higher education strategic and promote the developmentof the overall situation, pointed out the vocational development path for the development ofinstructors, and put forward the specific requirements to guarantee the instructors’vocational,including development in thought, system mechanism and the policy. With the attention ofThe Party Central Committee and the relevant departments, various areas, various universitiesalso have stepped up efforts to strengthen the team building, and have achieved some results.But compared to the strengthen of instructors ’ construction and the requirements of thedevelopment of vocational instructor, the current political instructor team professionaldevelopment status relatively lags behind, the political instructor team still has to manyproblems to solve. From the present situation of the whole team, there are issues includinggenerally not stable, duty team uncertain, professional not sure, development not necessarilyspecific, which impact actual effect of ideological and political education work of the collegestudents.On the basis of analysis on vocational development of university counselors relatedtheory, this paper uses questionnaire method, interviewing method, mathematical statisticsand literature, grasps the current situation of the development of college instructor team, andgains the first hand information through having a survey for Northwest Agriculture andForest University. Based on the results of the investigation, the author analyses the currentproblems of instructor team, including specialized level to be further improve, whole team notquite stable, the inspection work not deepened enough, the development team to bestrengthening and expanding and the management of the existing system constrained. Tosolve these problems, this paper from the micro perspective career access, makes a deepanalysis of the barrier, which mainly including vocational qualification design and careerdevelopment aspects of instructors’ vocational development, and put forward the vocationaldevelopment countermeasures. This paper argues that vocational college instructor team development has become thebasic direction. Realize the instructors’ vocational development, the theoretical level andsystem level should be common to begin. The construction of the theory is the realization ofthe vocational development foundation, and system arrangement is the key to realize thevocational development. From the theoretical level, the professional elements embodied in"three", that is, a professional political instructor team, a set of perfect professional system, agood environment to support. The vocational development of the basic goals include aguiding ideology (the scientific concept of development), two as a whole (ideological andpolitical education and higher education development), three goals appeal (and work andprofessional, good karma), four mechanism safeguard (leadership mechanism, professionalaccess system, evaluation mechanism, career development mechanism). From the systemlevel, the vocational development of the specific measures include efforts to improve theirprofessional level; Improve the management system of the professional development; Thesound of the development of professional assessment and incentive mechanism; Set up thetraining of the professional development mechanism; To construct the professionaldevelopment for the external environment.This paper argues that, the research in view of the vocational development of universityinstructors has very important practical significance, including that improve the currentpolitical instructor team present situation, promote political instructor team development,strengthen college students’ ideological and political education, and promote the effectivenessof the college students’ growing success.
