Suicide is a major concern in today's society.As a special group,prison inmates are three to four times more likely to commit suicide than other ordinary persons.Prisoners are imprisoned according to law.In a closed reform environment,prisoners often consider problems and deal with problems.They are prone to extremes.Whenever they encounter problems and anxiety can not be solved in time,they are likely to commit suicide.To relieve.The negative impact of suicide of prisoners has pushed prisons and prison police to the forefront of public opinion.The relatives of prisoners have attributed their mistakes to prisons and exacerbated the situation.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the intervention after suicide in prison and suicide attempt in prison.For this reason,the author takes the theory of crisis intervention and ecosystem theory as the guidance,and selects the high-risk individual A to intervene in a case,and avoids the death of A's suicide through crisis intervention.At the same time,under the guidance of ecosystem theory,From the physiological,psychological and social aspects,this paper analyzes and studies the negative effects of the changes of A's ecosystem,and discusses the specific relationship between A's suicide and its ecosystem changes.After several months of professional service,the author successfully closed the case.After two visits,the social workers found that A could safely invest in transformation after returning to the prison area,and the case intervention achieved the expected results.Reviewing the service process,social workers,under the observance of professional rules,using the skills of respect,listening,support,acceptance,etc.,under the guidance of ecosystem theory,carry out crisis intervention on prisoners A and help A to restore various support systems.Promote A's self-transformation and establish new transformation goals to enhance its ability to control its emotions.A's transformation is obvious,and the effectiveness of case services is achieved.In this study,the author through several months of practice grope,get a few points of their own views,for reference.First of all,social workers must accept the special status of the prisoners,and they must accept the prisoners as service objects in the principle of value neutrality.The second is to refuse the unreasonable demand or violation of supervision and discipline in the course of case service,and to communicate well to avoid undermining professional service relationships.The third is that in the reconstruction or change of the external environment,social workers should actively guide the personnel of the relevant system to participate,and social workers must have control over this and avoid unnecessary trouble;Finally,social workers should cultivate the ability of service clients to solve problems independently during the service process.They can not rely too much on social workers."Giving people fish" is not as good as "giving people fishing".Only by learning to think about how to solve problems can clients truly be improved.
