Due to the of imprisonment,those who have served medium and long terms of imprisonment may become dependent on prison life.After being released from prison,those who have served medium and long terms of imprisonment cannot adapt to the rapid development of society.This group not only lacks family support and social attention but also may be ostracized by society.Exclusion in society has led to some released prisoners wandering around the edge of society,unable to achieve a high degree of social integration.In recent years,through government procurement of projects,G City has achieved a two-way linkage of "justice + social work",linking professional social work services to intervene in the social integration of released prisoners.Based on the theory of social support and re socialization,this article adopts a professional approach of case work to intervene in the social integration of mid-and long-term released prisoners,and provides corresponding professional services.Systematically sort out domestic and foreign literature related to the social integration of released prisoners,conduct research design,implement case intervention,and reflect on services.Firstly,clarify the significance of social integration of mid-and long-term prisoners who have been released from prison,and understand the main aspects of the plight of social integration of this group at present;Secondly,we selected Mr.L,who has served a prison term of more than 10 years,as the service object of the case.Supported by professional methods of social work,collect basic information about the service object,assess the needs of the service object,establish professional relationships with the service object,and work together to formulate case goals and case plans;Finally,based on the case work plan,carry out practical interventions to assess the changes in the service target,reflect on the shortcomings in the service,and propose corresponding suggestions for future social work practices.According to the practical research and analysis in this article,social work has a significant effect on intervening in the social integration of mid-and long-term released prisoners."Social worker + social support" is the key to facilitating social integration,and the organic combination of the two promotes the return of those released from prison."Relationship coordinator + resource linker" is the key role to facilitate social integration.Social workers,by playing the above two roles in the case process,help the social integration of service objects,help the service objects improve family interaction,obtain economic support through employment,and apply for social security,Reconstruct the community support network and tap their own advantages to help improve the social integration of service objects.However,due to other factors,the duration of case work services is relatively short,and follow-up plans need to be made in the future to consolidate the effectiveness of the case.Reflect on the lack of service caused by lack of practical experience in the practical process,and further improve the future service level.
