Objective: this study is mainly through the drug intervention to the mice,and the study of expression of the spleen index,the IFN-?,IL-2,IL-4 of mice after sports fatigue to study the influence of Dendrobium officinale flavonoid compounds to the Motor immunity.In the exercise,through observing the ratio of IFN-?/IL-4 between different organization to further research the Th1/Th2 immune balance mechanism as well as the Dendrobium officinale flavonoid compounds influence on Th1/Th2 immune balance.It will be an important basis to provide resonable and effective way to promote immune after sports fatigue of sportsman.Methods: 90 healthy male kunming mice,each weighing about 30 ±2g,were purchased from the animal experiment center of Shan Dong university.The patients were randomly divided into 6 groups: saline group,Vc group,flavonoid group,saline+exercise group,Vc+exercise group,flavonoid+exercise group;Among them,the flavonoid+exercise group,saline+exercise group and Vc+exercise group each had20,and the flavonoid group,saline group and Vc group each had 10.Mice bred in 12 h parallel light,room temperature 22±2?,environment humidity is 45%-60%,well ventilated,and is equipped with special plastic cage,sterile sawdust bedding is replaced 1 time a day.In the flavonoid+exercise group,saline+exercise group and Vc+exercise group,mice in the three groups were placed in three thin wall rectangular plastic baskets of 40cm*50cm*60cm for 4 weeks of incremental load swimming training.Mice in the control group were treated the same as those in the experimental group except inactivity.The mice in the saline group,the Vc group and the flavonoid group were treated in the same way as the saline+exercise group,the Vc+exercise group,and the flavonoid + exercise group except for exercise.The flavonoid group and the flavonoid+exercise group were given 3 days before swimming,and the flavonoid of Dendrobium officinale were administered to the stomach for free diet.The Vc group and the Vc+exercise group were given the same dose of Vc every day at the same time.In the saline group,the saline+exercise group,the same dose of normal saline was administered at the same time every day.Respectively take the saline group,Vc group,flavonoid group,saline+exercise group,Vc+exercise group,flavonoid+exercise group whole blood 0.8-1.2ml,the saline+exercise group,Vc+exercise,flavonoid+exercise group and the left half of the mice after 24 h blood,remove blood at 0 ? environment,3000 RPM/15 min centrifugal,take that test supernatant fluid.Using SPSS17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis on the experimental data,with the average ± standard deviation,according to the saline+exercise group,saline+exercise group,saline+exercise24h group,Vc,Vc+exercise group,Vc+exercise24h group,flavonoid group,flavonoid+exercise group,flavonoid+exercise24h between samples of multiple independent samples T test(P<0.05)was considered as significant difference.Research results:(1).IL-2 : saline group and normal saline+exercise IL-2 index decreased obviously(p<0.05)and the IL-2 of saline group and saline+exercise 24 h group index decreased significantly(p<0.05),no obvious difference was found between Vc and saline group,but Vc+exercise group and saline group have significant differences(p<0.05),there was no significant difference between saline group and flavonoid group,but the flavonoid+exercise group and saline+exercise group had significant difference(p<0.05).(2).IFN-? : saline group and saline+exercise group exists obvious difference(p<0.05),IFN-? value drops,saline group and saline+exercise 24 h group had significant difference(p<0.05),no obvious difference was found between Vc and saline group numerical,but Vc+exercise group and saline+exercise numerical significant differences(p<0.05),saline+exercise group and flavonoid+exercise group had obvious difference(p<0.05)(3).IL-4 : the change of IL-4 level in the swimming training of mice with4-week incremental load showed that there was no significant difference in the data of each group after the independent sample T test.(4).IFN-? /IL-4:4 weeks increasing load swimming training in mice IFN-?/IL-4 levels,according to the saline+exercise group IFN-?/IL-4 ratio is significantly lower than the saline group(p<0.05)and saline+exercise group and saline+exercise 24h group IFN-? /IL-4 ratio not rebound,and with the exercise group had significantly lower(p<0.05),Vc+exercise group and saline+exercise group IFN-?/IL-4 ratio has significant difference(p<0.05),The difference of IFN-? /IL-4 ratio between the flavonoid+exercise group and the saline + exercise group was statistically significant(p<0.05).(5).spleen index: after the 4 week of exhaustive exercise,the spleen index of the saline+exercise group was significantly lower than that of the saline group(p<0.05),the spleen index of the Vc+exercise group was significantly lower than that of the Vc group(p<0.05),and the spleen index of the Vc+exercise group was significantly lower than that of the Vc group(p<0.05),and there was a significant difference between the flavonoid group and the saline group(p<0.05).Conclusion: after 4 weeks of increasing swimming load training,mice were in a state of fatigue,and the active expressions of INF-? and IL2 were significantly inhibited.However,Dendrobium officinale flavonoids could effectively slow down the occurrence of sports fatigue and promote the recovery of immunity after sports fatigue.After 4 weeks of swimming load training,the IFN-? /IL4 ratio of mice decreased significantly,and the immune function in vivo was significantly inhibited.The Dendrobium officinale flavonoids can effectively maintain the dynamic balance of Th1/ Th2,and effectively improve the inhibition of immune function by regulating motor stimulation.
