The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between exercise-induced fatigue and hear rate variable (HRV) from sub-extreme exercise to fatigue and from extreme exercise to fatigue by examining the change of HRV of ordinary college students(18-19 years old) and physical education students, furthermore, explored the change of autonomic nerve regulating heart in order to offer experimental evidences for diagnosis exercise-induced fatigue by means of testing HRV, and offer one of un-injury indexes for fatigue diagnosis in the field of health promoting-exercise and sports training--HRV.This study adopts NO.pclab-ue biomedicine singel collection system, which automatically collects and processes datum on HRV of quite time and fatigued exercise, moreover statistically analyses those datum to get results as follows:The value of HRV of post-fatigue decreased and was significantly different from the quiet control group after sub-extreme intensity exercise, which suggested exercise from sub-extreme exercise to fatigue may decreased the tension of autonomic nerve controlling the heart adjustment; No matter being the physical education student group or ordinary student group from extreme exercise to fatigue, the value of HRV decreased, meanwhile, comparing to the value of HRV of quite time, there was significantly changed, which suggested exercise from extreme exercise to fatigue may change significantly the tension of autonomic nerve controlling the heart adjustment; The values of HRV decreased significantly after exhausted exercise and sub-extreme exercise, and there was significant different between exhausted exercise and sub-extreme exercise, which suggested we can use the HRV as exact quantitative analysis index to diagnosis exercise-induced fatigue; No matter being the physical education student group or ordinary student group, the value of HRV at quiet time was insignificantly changed , which suggested long time sport exercise can't result in change of the value of HRV , in other words, it can't result in change of the tension of autonomic nerve controlling the heart adjustment. The value of physical education student group was higher than that of ordinary college student group after sub-extreme exercise and exhausted exercise, and shows remarkably different between them, which suggested systematic training improves heart automatic nerve's ability, meanwhile, HRV is highly sensitive to diagnosis exercise-induced fatigue.
