Objective:High-level athletes should not only possess high competitive ability,but also have good ability to adapt the extreme environment of competition.At the same time the athlete often have to continue to participate in high intensity competitions,so during and after the games the fatigue recovery is particularly important.Many sports research workers believe that PNF stretching and ultra-low temperature cooling therapy have a good effect on the recovery of fatigue.The purpose of the paper is to through the effect of PNF stretching and WBC on physiological indices and training study after exercise under the high temperature and high humidity environment,in order to provide some reference and suggestions for athlete in fatigue recovery.Method:This experiment used Self-control design,dividing group randomly,12 males?mean age 22.08±2.02?,through three intervention trial,namely control?CON?,PNF stretch?PNF?and whole-body cryotherapy,each time interval 7 days.Each participant in the experiment used different intervention recovery methods to form self-controled after exercise.The subjects performed a exhaustion exercise with increasing load in a high temperature and humidity environment,where the temperature is within limit 35?-38?,the humidity is within limit 60%-70%,then had a quiet rest and ultra-low temperature treatment.PNF and WBC was used immediately.Related physiological index and sport performance were collected in the experiment.The Date was analysed by SPSS23.0 statistic software.Results:1.After 20 minutes recovery,the average heart rate of WBC group decrease 9.2times/min compared with CON group,and it shows a very significant difference?P<0.01?.There has no significant difference compare PNF group with CON group?P>0.05?.2.After 20 minutes recovery,the average blood lactate of WBC decrease 0.1 mmol/L,it has no significant difference on the 20thh minute?P>0.05?,but on the 10thh and 15thh minute,it shows a significant difference compared with CON group?P<0.05?.After 20minutes recovery the average blood lactate of PNF group decrease 0.07mmol/L compared with CON group has significant difference?P<0.05?.3.After 20 minutes recovery the skin surface temperature of WBC group decrease 1.4?compared with CON group showed significant difference between two groups?P<0.05?,PNF group decreased 0.5?compared with CON group has no significant difference?P>0.05?.4.After 20 minutes recovery,the core temperature of WBC decreased 2.4?compared with CON and has a very significant difference?P<0.001?.PNF group core temperature decreased 2.1?within 0-15 minutes of recovery and showed a very significant difference?P<0.01?.5.After 20 minutes recovery,WBC and PNF has no influence for the subject's SpO2 and vertical jump ability.Conclusion:1.WBC has a significant effect on the reduction of heart rate in the recovery phase,while PNF method has no obvious effect on the recovery phase.2.WBC can significantly reduce skin surface temperature and core temperature.PNF method has certain effect on reducing skin surface temperature.3.WBC and PNF methods have no obvious effect on the recovery of oxygen saturation in the recovery stage.4.Of subjects compared with CON,the WBC and PNF method recovery of blood lactic acid has a good effect,but the WBC during a certain period of time the effect is very good,long term,PNF method for elimination of blood lactic acid has a better effect.5.In terms of RPE,WBC and PNF method had no significant influence on subjects'recovery stage.
