The curriculum meets the need of cultural inheritance,so there is no curriculum without culture.With the purpose of educating people and boosting the societal development,curriculum is connected with culture intimately.School-based curriculum is not only an effective carrier of culture,but also an important way to transfer culture.Music school-based curriculum is a subdivision category of school-based curriculum development.It is the course development activity that satisfies the students' individual music learning needs as the ultimate goal,takes the social music resources that schools can obtain as the curriculum material,and takes schools characteristic music education mode as the form.Local culture is an important carrier of curriculum life,also an important course resource.In the idea of scholarship should return to the value of music itself,emphasizing the role of music curriculum,to make primary school music school-based curriculum in the local cultural heritage and the improving students' musical ability.This paper expounds the theoretical basis of the development and utilization of school-based music curriculum,and studies the local cultural resources of Haizhou nursery rhymes in Lianyungang,explores the practical process of the development and utilization of school-based Music school curriculum.Through case analysis,it analyzes the practical problems and provides solutions.It also summarizes practical experience.provides reference for schools to implement Music-based Curriculum.The main body of this paper discusses the theory and practice parts:in theory,the theoretical basis of music school-based curriculum is discussed,including the connotation of school-based curriculum and music school-based curriculum,the connotation of local culture and its value,the principle basis and influencing factors of using school-based curriculum resources,the significance of Haizhou nursery rhymes and its incorporation into primary school music school-based Curriculum.In practice,the first is the feasibility analysis of the development and utilization of Haizhou nursery rhyme culture resources in primary school music school-based curriculum,including Haizhou nursery rhyme Primary school music school-based curriculum development and utilization status investigation and advantages.Secondly,Haizhou nursery rhyme primary school music school-based curriculum resources development and utilization of the program design.
