The professional development of teachers plays an important role in the growth of teachers and the improvement of teaching quality in secondary vocational schools.Cultural courses are the humanistic knowledge foundation of the humanistic quality education of secondary vocational school students,and play an important role in cultural support in the process of improving the comprehensive quality of secondary vocational school students.However,the current culture course is in a marginal position in the teaching system of Vocational education,culture teachers have not received due attention,and the implementation of comprehensive quality education for secondary vocational students at the national level is inconsistent with the goal,resulting in a certain hindrance to the healthy development of Vocational education.It is of great practical significance to attach importance to the education of cultural courses in secondary vocational schools and to promote the professional development of teachers of cultural courses in the direction of professional development.In this paper,according to the professional development of secondary vocational culture teachers,on the basis of the investigation of Y secondary vocational schools,specific analysis of the current secondary vocational culture teachers' professional development problem,combined with Y secondary vocational culture curriculum development background to further improve the theoretical system and development system of cultural teachers' professional development.In this paper,Y secondary vocational school culture teachers' professional development research,the use of literature,questionnaires,interviews and other methods to analyze the current professional development of culture teachers,and culture teachers' professional development problems and causes are analyzed,and how to improve the culture class The professional development of teachers.In this paper,Y secondary vocational school culture teachers professional survey,found that the current Y secondary vocational school culture teachers professional education philosophy backward,low professional ability of culture teachers,culture teachers' professional development direction is not clear,culture teachers'professional development environment is not perfect and culture teachers' professional.The development of policy and mechanism is not perfect,and from the employment system is not perfect,the school neglects the professional development of cultural teachers,social support for the professional development of cultural teachers is weak,teachers lack of self-development awareness and other aspects of cultural teachers related problems.Finally,combined with the status quo of cultural teachers' professional development in Y secondary vocational schools,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the professional development of cultural teachers,and puts forward some countermeasures to promote the professional development of cultural teachers in secondary vocational schools.The concrete countermeasure research has the renewal teacher specialized development idea,enhances own comprehensive quality;Also must clear own localization,strengthens the teacher sense of responsibility,simultaneously strengthens the specialized study,positively opens up the vision;At the same time must also strive to enhance the cultural accomplishment,enhances own comprehensive quality,optimizes the teacher specialized development environment,establishes the matching policy.At the same time,schools should improve the guarantee mechanism and strengthen training.It can effectively promote school learning,improve the professional identity of culture teachers,and promote the professional development of culture teachers.
