Research On The Employment Of Land-lost Farmers In Y District Of X City

With the acceleration of urbanization in our country,the scale of cities will be expanded,more and more land will be requisitioned,more and more rural areas will be urbanized,farmers will lose the land on which they originally depended,and farmers' employment will gradually change to non-agriculture.However,most of the landless farmers in China are vulnerable groups with low culture and skills and low capital,and are often excluded from the industrial gate.The problem of difficult employment and income generation has become an obstacle to social stability and urbanization.The land-lost farmer is the inevitable outcome of the development of urbanization,and the employment of land-lost farmer is a major problem that must be faced in the process of urbanization.this paper follows the idea of putting forward the problem,analysis the problem and solve the problem.By means of literature research,investigation and statistics,theoretical research and comparative reference,this paper analyzes the problem in depth.Taking the land-lost farmers in Y District of X City as the main research object,in-depth understanding of their living conditions through field research,investigation of their specific situation by means of questionnaires and in-depth interviews,and analysis of their employment status through data statistics and methods.This paper analyzes the factors affecting the employment of land-lost farmers from the socio-economic level,the government level and the level of the land-lost farmers themselves,and draws lessons from the local reality and domestic and foreign experience.Some suggestions and countermeasures to promote the employment of land-lost farmers in Y District of X City were put forward.In the process of understanding the employment status of the land-lost farmers in Y District,three factors that have a great influence on them are summarized.First of all,from the socio-economic point of view,with the development of society,enterprises are constantly developing and progressing.The higher and higher requirements for the quality of candidates at the time of recruitment have also raised the problem of employment difficulties for land-lost farmers.Another important reason is the slow process of urbanization and the limited employment opportunities that can be provided in the vicinity.On the part of the government,when land acquisition is carried out,it only pays attention to the results of land acquisition,does not give priority to the interests of the farmers,and the government does not attach corresponding importance to the arrangement of peasants after land acquisition.At the same time in the rural areas,there is an imperfect social security system;From the perspective of the landless peasants themselves,there are generally older and lower cultural quality conditions for landless peasants,which further reduces their employment opportunities.In order to effectively improve this situation and help the landless peasants in Y District to find new jobs,the following suggestions have been put forward:at the same time,it has carried out certain economic compensation,further improved the social security system in the area,and improved the comprehensive quality of farmers themselves,strengthening related training,so as to better adapt to the employment environment.
